nm1985 your opinion on askhan advise

lol malang u r playing and trying to ignite something .....

anyways like i said before i would suggest you to send the documents asap as there is no need to take chances , altough it would be pretty difficult for CIC to locate and club your documents together and no one knows if cic wil locate and club your documents together

no offence on anyone, as its the suggestion that we give and the rest is upto you what "YOU" want to do

Thanks for the reply cjg1987. I have always used Marriage Affidavit everywhere so far, so I assume it should suffice.

A marriage certificate will be someone testifying that we are married, while an affidavit means we ourselves are testifying that we are married. :)

Regards

u will need a marriage cert issued by registrar of marriages . i am sure about that . i had to get our marriage cert made too at the last minute .......paid a bombshell to get it early .

it should have been included as its clearly mentioned in the document check list . anyways if you send now it would be very difficult for cic to locate your file and then bundle up the application with the current mail of yours ...

but i would suggest is write a covering letter and send it to cic along with your current pay slips ( current organisation) .....

dont forget to mention important particulars like passport number and date of birth and application received date ....

I dont think it is mendatory to provide the payslip as it has written for backup. Because there still some occupation like health releated who didnt get the payslip specially working in small hosipital or private clinic where they get cash in hand.

Hi,

As a proof of experience i did not sent the pay slips as i considered it supporting document and two of three companies i worked did not give any pay slips. Should i sent it now for one company with cover letter as my application was received on 3rd July it will take two months or so for getting started on my application for CIO.

Don't worry . It is not mandatory to send pay stubs.

You are fine as long as you sent reference letters depicting all the information as requested for on the checklist, specially the roles and responsibilities.

Hello,
I re-send my application on August 1, 2014 after I filled wrong Application fee ( CAD 500 instead of 550..That was stupid of me..)..

Any chance I will make it ? It is NOC 1112. My first application was recieved May 13, 2014 and They returned it Back to me the day before yesterday.

Is there anyway they consider to give a priority because it was a minor mistake ?
thanks

If the bold is true, isn't safe to assume that CIC may have started treating applications received after May 12th,2014?

Not correct!

You are right about it being mentioned on the document checklist , but may be you didn't notice, it has been cited as a "supporting document", which the applicant "may" include in the package.

HI everyone

There is an question regarding form filling,

On document check list point no 21 is asking for mailing labels (self addressed)
Secondly they are asking for 2 mailing labels one in english other in official language of country of residence,

Can anybody say which address needs to be written, the mailing address or residential address since both are different in my case.
(mailing is india and Residential is UAE)

Please Help ASAP
