What? Why would we lose all the data?
It's not me who created these issues with the spreadsheet - it's because of an update done by Google. I don't blame Google for this, as the changes they've made can be considered an improvement for particular cases, but it's still a rather aggressive spreadsheet behavior change from their side.

By the way, I wanted to tell that I've just finished fixing these issues. All 19 affected entries were successfully recovered/fixed and no data has been lost. Charts are now fixed as well.

Regarding data safety, the data is stored not only in the spreadsheet, but also separately as a list of form responses.
In addition to that, I've been backing up the spreadsheet regularly, and I've implemented automatic daily backups today.
Perhaps the only thing that could be improved here is to store those backups somewhere else, so that they can't be modified or deleted. Like on a magnetic tape ;D Otherwise, we have a fairly good backup system already.

Also, by the way, if for some reason you don't trust me in handling the spreadsheet, you can easily make your own backups from time to time: Go to File->"Make a copy" in the menu - and that's it, you have your own backup copy of the spreadsheet

What I am concerned about is if the primary occupation name should be the same as one of my occupations.
In other words, if my occupation is software programmer, can I use computer programmer as my primary occupation as the duties are the same.

Don't worry,he's not offended.
It's a constructive improvement inputs for everybody which should not cause any stare in the house.
One thing is sure,FSW 2014/2014 spreadsheet is going to get better.......that's the commitment of the Admins nd you can bet this is realistically been done.

For now,get concerned with making your job duties match with your intended NOC.
Nobody is going to penalize you for your job tittle or designation.
If your duties are the same as the intended NOC,you are a perfect fit to apply.

If the documents in question have not been translated from native language to English or French,you do not need to make certified true copies whatsoever.
If your documents were in English by default,you do not need to make certified true copies.......the photocopies are more than necessary .
If your some or all of your documents have been translated,certified and notorized,specific instructions from document checklist specifies that you should include a certified true copies of the original native documents as an evidence.

It should be absolutely no problem.

But if ur a Indian applicant, and do not have a chip enabled CC , do not make any other international transactions before CIC charge. Your old card will be immediately replaced by a new chip card if U make a international transaction. Your first international transaction will go through, but any subsequent international transactions could cause a problem.
