Duplicate entries in ss against my name.. the correct one is where cc charge date is 12th June.. got to know from per mail that correct date is 12th June and not 13th..

It is highly likely but not 100%. We had a case, I think his name was nargit, whose fee was charged and his ECAS showed In Process. Then one day his ECAS status disappeared and he came to know from his friend in Canada (whose address he was using) that his file was returned. The reason is not completely clear at this time because he is still getting the file back from the friend, but it has something to do with his job reference letters.

There were also a very small number of cases last year of applicants who were charged but whose files were returned.

Even though fee charging is a high likelihood of PER, everyone is afraid of being in that tiny minority. Myself included!

After CC charge the ECAS status is "We received your application for Permanent Residence on Month Date, 2014“
After PER the ECAS status will be "Centralized Intake Office Sydney (CIO-S) ELIGIBILITY REVIEW COMPLETE”.


So people who might have given wrong email address by mistake, has the ECAS status to look for if PER is issued or not.

Hello seniors, I need your help.
Thank you in advance.

I am a may 7th guy, and cc was charged on June 30th. I have 4 work experiences, and the corresponding occupations are Java Programmer, Software Programmer, Computer Programmer, Computer Programmer respectively and each NOC is 2174. In the form of IMM 0008 SCHEDULE 3, I wrote Computer Programmer as my primary occupation as all of the occupations belong to Computer Programmer in my mind. I just realized the period of the last 2 work experience is less than one year. Will my application be rejected?

only experience more than a year is counted while evaluated......how much experience you have and how many points you have calculated for experience...
