Hello all
I have a query regarding no. of applications received in FSW 2014
I have counted about 34 applications in 3012 noc but cic site is showing only 7 applications received till 28/07/2014
so can anybody plz clarify this????? ??? ???

[size=9pt] Hi, Did you count from spread sheet? Up till what date were these 34 sent? CIC completed applications are only reflecting PER issued cases till about a few days ago when it was last updated. Get it now?

no but PER is issued to only 3 applicants

Canada Federal Skilled Workers Quota for this year 2014 were opened on 1st of May 2014, it’s almost three months ...,

Is this is the correct time for me to apply Immigration to Canada?

I heard from a consultancy that nearly 150 applications were already accepted by CIC for the occupations related to my profession (software engineer •2173 •2174 •2171) by this time,

If I apply now approximately it takes two to three months for Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) , next steps takes around 6-8 months if I am correct.
Is there any possibility for the quote to be filled in these 6-8 months mean time ?

as we know only 1000 application will be accepted for each Occupation, base on your experiences could you suggest me whether this is the right time to apply or not.

I am noc 3142 applicant.....i jus wanted to ask that i hav mentioned job duties on clinic letter head, is it enough for that.....it need not to be on experience letter or appointment letter....clinic letter head mentioning duties is attested with experience letter.....
kindly advice me...

Thanks for your valuable input. It looks that Moscow VO's immigration section has been shut down. I strongly hope CIO will not turn down our applications for specifying wrong visa office (Moscow instead of Warsaw).

Just now got a mail from CIC:

'Dear Sir/Madam:

Please be advised that your application was returned with all attachments on 11 July 2014. It was deemed incomplete. A letter of explanation was provided along with the application package.

We do not keep detailed records of each application returned so I am unable to provide more case specific details.

Please note: all returned applications are sent via regular mail to the mailing address as entered on the application package. There is no tracking number. Once the application is mailed, its delivery is the responsibility of the postal service. Applications are not sent via courier.

Thank you for your interest in Canada.'

All efforts/dreams in the last 3 years have gone down the drain again. I planned to go to Canada in second half of 2011. In 2012, FSWP did not open. In 2013, my application was returned because of a stupid mistake. In 2014, history has repeated itself.

Its time to stop thinking about Canada now. India is not bad after all

It seems IELTS Test Center only provided one IELTS Result to the candidate which I have already sent with the FSW application.

How do we get a new copy again from IELTS Test Center, has anyone done that earlier ??

I totally agree. Only ups. DHL has third party delivery. It took 3 days for my parcel to get delivered within Canada.

use other than DHL .... mine sent from dubai to usa in one day .... two days roaming in two states of USA two days in canada ..... and on Thursday night reach nova scotia and they haven't delivered on Friday ... wasted whole day and than 2 days of weekend came in between and on Monday they delivered in afternoon without the name of receiving person and proof of delivery.

People whose applications were rejected have received it in India. I am yet to receive it.

May be we can help u and don't loose hope , if i tel u my story u will call me super mad but i did not give up until it is done .

I managed to obtain two copies upon writing an official request letter to the local IDP partner which administered the examination. I also included payment for additional copy fee and scan of IMM003. The copy was ready in three days.
