hey Friends, Have a question?? Can me and my spouse submit passport at two different VO's (Canada and New York) or is it mandatory to submit both together ??

Hi, Did someone recently receive FBI PCC request and is there a way to extend the timeline. Unfortunately my earlier FBI PCC request was rejected due to fingerprints quality and submitted again on Dec 18th but now the website say its taking 14-16 weeks for the process. Thanks
