thanks, i know it.but my question is not about POF, it is about the application form, where i have to show all my assets and liabilities, so assets is my house+ my bank account or only my house?

Assets = Property+Settlement fund

So, your assets is your house+ bank account
 
Hi,
I am planning to submit the application for NOC 2132 & 2232 in the month of October first week. Can anyone please advise if still there is a possibility of acceptance of my application and also can anyone provide me the current status of number of applications for NOC 2132 & 2232 processed in Canada.

Thanks. Clear now. One more question. In my work record book, i was registered as a office manager ( in advertising and promotion department) and have sent it to embassy before to obtaion student visa to Canada, and now I want to apply under 1123, which is specialist in advertising and promotion. All my duties are OK with this NOC, but only position is office manager. Is that OK if my employee will indicate that she was a office manager in promotion department and her responsibilities were listed below. They will accept it? or they need exactly promotion specialist title?

But as per guide

a) Assets
Indicate the total amount (in Canadian dollars) of fixed deposits, savings accounts, pensions, etc.

b) Liabilities
Indicate the total amount (in Canadian dollars) of real property mortgages and any other personal debts.

c) Total funds available for settlement in Canada
With consideration to your total assets and liabilities, indicate the total amount (in Canadian dollars) of unencumbered, transferable and available funds that you have for settlement in Canada.

Brother, where is the contradiction. CIO defines assets = settlement fund (fixed deposits, savings accounts, pensions) + etc etc.

If you consider property mortgage as liability and not consider the corresponding property as assets, your statement will show you are bankrupted.

Designation does not matter as long as you can show your responsibilities in line with NOC's responsibilities. ;D ;D
