Have you heard or come accross such case? I just dont want my application to rejected coz of this, so trying to find if anyone ever had situation.

As it has been advised by senior members you will be fine but if you still have a doubt regarding bc do submit sec school certificate if it has

Dob
Parents name

And /or affidavit as a proof of birth...

My wife (dependent in my file) started BCA in 2005 and completed in 2008
She started MCA in 2009 and completed in 2012
so there is a gap during 2008 to 2009. As she was at home (no job) during that time . How to prove gap ? can you give suggestion ?

In Schedule A Background Declaration form for your wife, mention in Question 8, 2008-2009 as separate entry and mention Activity as "Unemployed"

I just tried calling CIC on +1 613 944 4000. Managed to get through to an agent and he says that for FSW applicants, there is no telephone support. Only through emails. Is that correct. I read somewhere here that people have managed to speak to agents. Is there a different number?

I recently sent my application to CIC. I have provided National ID details in form but didnot sent copy of my National Identity card (CNIC) as It was mentioned on this forum, we donot need to send CNIC copy. I had sent copy of my passport. Will they accept my application or reject it ?

[size=9pt] 2-3 people just reported that they are not entertaining requests over phone, especially from international callers (may be domestic as well).

I think over the last week or so many have reached them so this seems like a new policy decision of sorts. Quite interesting!!!

It is but obvious that since they have been a little on the slower side lately esp. on PER e-mail many might have tried reaching them.

I also tried calling them last week (within Canada), but they said they don't have any information on FSW. They said incase if you want to get any information on your application you have to email it to CIO.

[size=10pt]I think that could also be because of the fact that international incoming calls to their toll free number costs fair bit to CIC. Incoming calls to mobile phones also cost quiet a bit in North America.

No issues....this is completely acceptable....duplicate copy issue by govt is equivalent to original one....I have already seen 1005 success cases like this before....

No need to prove gap. Just mention unemployed during that period on the personal history section in the appropriate form.

so far, only one may 9th applicant has "in process" on ECAS. I am May 9th as well. Don't worry, we just have to be very very patient, our time will come

That's the reason I am tensed its almost 3 months
Can anyone have idea what Cic will do if our DD expires
