Dear All,
I am from Pakistan, Credential = M.COM (16 years full time) degree from University of Punjab Lahore. According to ICAS in Canada similar to 4 Years Bachelor degree. I want to apply in FSWP in NOC 1111. But according to HRSDC its requirements are Chartered Accountant.
Employment requirements
• Chartered accountants require a university degree
and
Completion of a professional training program approved by a provincial institute of chartered accountants and, depending on the province, either two years or 30 months of on-the-job training
and
Membership in a provincial Institute of Chartered Accountants upon successful completion of the Uniform Evaluation (UFE).
• Certified general accountants and certified management accountants require a university degree
and
Completion of a training program approved by the Society of Certified General Accountants or Society of Management Accountants and several years of on-the-job training
and
Certification by the Certified General Accountants Association or the Society of Management Accountants.
• Auditors require education, training and recognition as indicated for chartered accountants, certified general accountants or certified management accountants
and
Some experience as an accountant.
• Auditors may require recognition by the Institute of Internal Auditors.
• To act as a trustee in bankruptcy proceedings, auditors and accountants must hold a licence as a trustee in bankruptcy.
• Licensing by the provincial or territorial governing body is usually required for accountants and auditors practising public accounting.



Could anyone please guide me as under?
1. Can I apply in 1111 without chartered accountant certification from Canada? Don't be worried by the requirements on the NOC site, those are not CIC requirements. CIC requires that you have at least one year work experience and to prove this by providing an employer reference number. You dont need to have a Canadian certification, just get a reference letter with your roles which should match those on the NOC list
2. I am currently working in federal govt. of Pakistan Audit & Accounts department of Auditor General of Pakistan in BPS-17. Could CIC demand NOC from me by my department or govt. of Pakistan to proceed my PR application? What you need to provide is Letters of reference from all your employers for the past 10 years.
Letters must be:
•
written on company letterhead,
•
signed by the responsible officer/supervisor,
•
show the company's full address, telephone and fax numbers, e-mail and website addresses,
•
stamped with the company's official seal (if applicable).
Letters must include all of the following information:
•
the specific period of your employment with the company,
•
the positions you have held during the period of employment and the time you spent in each position,
•
your main responsibilities and duties in each position,
•
your total annual salary plus benefits in each position, and
•
the number of hours worked per week in each position.
•
Additional supporting documents may include:
•
copies of work contracts, and
•
copies of pay stubs.

Thanks again. Now I want to submit new whole application. As I got two ECA reports, can I use my second copy in this application? If you don't mind can you tell me from which source I can get official information that we can submit new application in same visa program? This time I don't want to take risk. Moreover, I am that they may be invalid both of my applications. They might think that I m doing any fraud to them. But I just want to change NOC code. Can I write a cover letter with new application. Plz help me out

I have done computer education in a institute for 2 years,( I have not done any mainstream school or college during this time ) ( and this institute is no more existing)

later i have done Intermediate (10+2) then bachelor and master

shall I include this 2 years computer training as education or not..

If yes -- support

If not - i will have a gap of 2 years

It is NOW 43 days of waiting for PER !!! CC was charged June 13, 2014 !!!.

Only 22 days for me but that is much longer than the first few PERs took. This may be the "new normal" to which we must adjust.

In your personal history you can mention about it...but not in Educational qualification details. If it is a Registered Certificate by any Institution/Department then you can try getting it assessed by WES based on their process
