Thanks dear future_canadian for your detailed explanation. Really, I haven't noticed the reply till now.
Actually, Work experience is the weakest part of my application. Not only it was a part-time work, but also an important part of that experience was gained while studying. that makes me really apprhended of being rejected by CIC, and on top of that, I was surprised by a piece of information mentioned in CIC website (Help Centre):
Can I count my work as a teaching assistant toward the work experience requirement?

Your work experience must have been full-time (or the equivalent in part-time hours), worked continuously and paid, for over at least one year in the same occupation. Often, jobs as teaching, research or lab assistants at post-secondary institutions are part time, only for the academic year, not the full year and would not count toward the work experience requirement for this program.
My experience letter mentioned the number of hours worked per academic year, including only 36 weeks, and this may create another challenge and make the case more complicated as CIC most likely won't consider it as a continous work!
What do you think my dear future_canadian? I am waiting my WES and IELTS results, and will be ready to apply at the beginning of August. Do you think I should give it a try and apply or not?

As a rule, I believe that if you have any doubt at all about whether your documents will be interpreted in your favor by CIC, you should send as much supporting documentation that will be in your favor as possible.

However, the reference letter from your employer(s) will carry the most weight. Is it possible for you to get a new letter from your employer, which emphasizes the lecturing nature of your job? (So long as it remains accurate.)

It is fine to count experience you earned while you were a PhD candidate and still studying part-time, so long as you were not studying full-time. Work experience gained during full-time studies doesn't count. If you were only working part-time during your candidacy, you will need to adjust it to full-time equivalent to see how many points it will be worth, and make sure that CIC understands how much equivalency it is. And you still need to demonstrate the nature and length of this experience to CIC.

Also, having said the above, the one year of work experience in your primary NOC must have been FULL-TIME and CONTINUOUS. So you need to ensure that you have this even though you can count experience gained while working part-time.

Finally, if you are a dentist or doctor, have you examined the possibility of applying in another NOC? Such as 3111 or 3112?

no issues,,,same faced by my cousin brother.

Reason behind this is that NS is isolated place in canada and dhl forward all couriers to local vendor fr delivery in NS.

Relax..your app is delivered and wil be updated on dhl site in 3-4 working days

Hi, I am applying under NOC1123 for Public Relations, got my IELTS and WES cleared with total of 68 points, I have been trying with my ex companies for the Wrok Ex on the company letter head, but they denied saying that under the company policy they wont give anything in written on letter head or any paper. Would it be ok to submit affidavit of my job duties along with the application...

1) I will write the present address of mine in first row last column
2) I will write the present address of spouse in second row last column (both address are same)
3) In the third row last column email address is there - whose email address should I need to write – mine or spouse or both
4) In marital status of father and mother , what should i write as my mother is expired recently.
