Who should sign the affadavit and I heard it should be from parents not self ?

If you want to use affidavit for proof of birth, it's best obtained by your parent(s) and should be signed at your local court house.

do they send email for PER or mail in post ? , if it is email which mail id we get it from ? any help?

Hi

I have given IELTS, received WES and still have to go for Spouse IELTS on 6th sep. I will be applying under 2171, i have few questions?
1. I will be able to apply by 30th September, Will i be late or can still get into cap?
2. How much time will be taken for processing?
3. I don't have any experience letter with Jobs and duties, as my employer is not giving. How can i show my Job responsibilities??

Hi,
I have enquired in ICICI bank for Validity of international DD - they said it's 3 months. In this forum,I'm seeing that ICICI has issued DD with 6 months validity.
Pls suggest which one is safe. DD with 6 months validity or CC and what if the DD is not encashed with in 6 months -i mean it will expire after that. Isn't it a risky option?

Looks like they haven't yet started cashing DD for 9th May yet. Mine is 9th and Is DD too. No news so far. Banks said DD is still outstanding, and nothing on ECAS.

My application also reached May 9, 2014 at 12.39 PM.. Maybe they have started encashing DDs, as DD confirmation is not instant, so we haven't seen any news yet on forum..I'm praying..

No PER mail and no increase of cap update. It only indicates the Cap update represent PERs only.

1. I will be able to apply by 30th September, Will i be late or can still get into cap? Can't really say as September is too far to comment for. However, considering the NOC 2171 is a hot one would suggest to file as soon as you can
2. How much time will be taken for processing? till september if you are able to make it in the cap it will be a lot faster from CIC, the rest depends on your local VO.
3. I don't have any experience letter with Jobs and duties, as my employer is not giving. How can i show my Job responsibilities?? Write your duties on plain A4 plain paper and ask your manager to sign it and include your managers visiting card...also it will be a good idea to get all these conversations in an email and include it in your file, explaining the whole situation the cover letter

Full points means 25 points for Bachelors and Masters instead of 23 points??? I thought u get full points i.e 25 points for Phd.

Yeah 23 points not 25...25 for phd
