okay, but will NOC 1223 qualify even if it's a "classified elsewhere" of NOC 0112?

Only the 50 NOCs will be eligible ( http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/complete-applications.asp ) and nothing beyond the list.

I am working as stock sub-broker registered with SEBI and Angel broking Ltd from sept 2009.....Mainly i am buying and selling stock on behalf of Individual Investors and sharing my brokerage with Company i.e Angel.

I have 6 each as ielts bands.......

Please advise can i apply under FSWP 2014 NOC 1113 Category.....

I feel like AUSTRALIA is better choice than CANADA.. I am really stuck with CAN now... Sent application on 6/10 and I dont think they will do anything on it untill unless 2 monthes..

It was far better to be apply for AUS.. Could have got VISA in 6 months

Then u better apply for aus and get ur visa in 6 months n fly there bro.. why r u not applying for aus... Before applying for Canada didn't u research enough about the time it takes for a pr application???

I will suggest u to cancel ur credit card. Get a new one and apply for Australia

My credit card was charged on june 30 but i did not get any mail/notification. I applied under 2174 NOC. Can anyone let me know what to do/expect next.

Expect the biggest test of your patience.. people charged on 12th June have not yet received per mails...

There is nothing stopping you from applying to Australia as well (other than extra expense). And the total time it takes to process will likely be the same (around one year) including time it takes for Australia skill assessment, waiting for invitation, and then finally applying and getting visa. But I do think that you should consider your choices for PR not only by the length of PR processing but mainly by whether you want to live in Canada or Australia.

Relax for now. CIC is at 9th May applications. It will be a while before they even open and look at 14th May applications. Check the spreadsheet for these projections.

I would say wait for few more week until they start charging 14th May. Chances are as they haven't started working on 14th May applications, they might not have yet generated UCI for you.
