Can somebody please confirm the below.

As we need to submit IMM5669E(back ground) for sependent separately.

If yes..
1) As we need to provide education and personal history details.. do we need to submit supporting documents like education credentials. ??

Please confirm...

Yes, please read the document checklist carefully to see what is required for your spouse. Background declaration, additional family information form, passport, BC, a few other things.

Education credentials not required for spouse unless you are claiming adaptability points based on spouse's previous study in Canada.

What if my spouse is accompanying with me?
I am the principal applicant and I am
Adding my husband as dependent accompanying me because the NOC Doesn't matches any of his job title.
What if my application gets processed? Can he apply job in Canada later on?
I am not sure how that process goes. Because his employer references, IELTS test, nothing is present in my application.

Please help...

As long as you have provided everything the document checklist requires you to provide for your husband, you are just fine. He will get PR too, then he can work or do whatever he needs to do in Canada.

[size=10pt] No, they might ask you to find a new spouse in Canada! (kidding)

Of course he can be an accompanying spouse and you the principal applicant. Even then he can apply for job based on his qualification / experience. It would help him to get his education credential evaluated though so will be easy when dealing with prospective employers in Canada. Good luck!

Anybody received acknowledgement from CIC and file number for FSW 2014 yet ?

seniors today I got a call from my back that CIC is attempting to make transaction on CC but system declined it and bank told me that CIC should attempt again and make transaction in 2 parts because 1250CAD is higher amount. Bank told me to call CIC and ask them to make two transactions of 625CAD each. I have mailed CIC Sydney office.
What should I do more so that CIC can make transaction :-X :-[ :-X

Just transfer some money to you credit card so it will increase limit temporarily on your credit card.

i am working as .net developer from last 4 years, my experience letter shows my designation is "programme analyst" and mentioned all responsibilities related to .Net technologies.

my questions:
1.)what is suitable noc code for me, i think i am suitable for 2174 correct me if iam wrong?

2) if i change to my designation to software engineer in my experience letter can i go with NOC 2173? if yes change the designation is enough or do i need to change any where in all other documents.?

I think designation doesn't matter.... Roles and responsibilities matters...so.you should select your code as per roles and responsibilities....
Rest seniors can guide you better dear....
