Oscar7, please explain your reply to me! Seniors please help! I really read all the guides and instructions - there is no mention in them about notarizing or certifying copies of the ORIGINALLY English documents! I thought it was only necessary for TRANSLATED documents!

Is there any contacts at CIC that we can email/phone? I tried their emails once but they all reply saying that they only respond to a specific case with application number.

In my own opinion, not sure if will work, try to contact all your client, ask them to write a letter stating that you provide the service for them at the same time put all supporting documents that you have like your tax paid for your bussiness, permits etc.

Its an Outsourcing deal (tagged along with acquisition of subsidiary)
The jobs will be created in India / B'lore.. not in Canada.

Every time when an Indian company takes over a business abroad it also creates new job for the people of the company there, is how I look at this.

As of May 1, 2014, there is an overall cap of 25,500 for new federal skilled worker applications. This includes a cap of 500 applications from PhD students. There are also sub-caps of 1,000 for each of the 50 eligible occupations. The caps do not affect people with a valid job offer. These are the last applications we will accept under the current system before Express Entry launches in January 2015.

so... query is that...

is it that...they will not accept any application under FSWP after January 2015...

or this FSWP 2014 program will continue till April-2015?? If this is the case... then pls share the source of this info...

this is very important for me because I am planning to send my application in first or second week of November2014,

Even though its seems not to be stated in the CIC instruction on their websites as the FSW2013 stream,Its contained in the gazette released on the 26th April,2014 as an introduction to the FSW2014 stream.
The gazette released prior to the start of this intake specifically mentioned April 30th,2015 as the deadline (Please check page 986 of the link below to the gazette).

so... what should we assume... this will be applicable till next announcement of Ministerial Instructions... and I suppose it will surely before the start of Express Entry in January 2015....

Dear i didn't mean that you are lying to me. I went to Nadra Head Quarter Yesterday and asked each and every detail. I had a UC Birth Certificate of my son and i gave them yesterday in order to acquire Form B bcause it is needed to get Passport of my Son. Then i asked them about my Birth Certificate they said we don't issue Birth Certificates. However we do issue Form B and they are only applicable to those who are under 18. Nadra officials explicitly told me that for Immigration Purpose you need FRC (Family Registration Certificate) in which names of head of the family, wife and children would be listed. That is why i was surprised to hear Birth certificate news from you and today i asked again to Nadra as my best friend is working there but he declined any such thing. He is saying some people consider FRC as Birth Certificate.

You can get birth certificate easily by UC offices of your area, They will do this process involving NADRA. UC office will hand over to you.
I got my birth certificate in English and my baby fresh certificate from UC office. Just visit and discuss the matter. 8)

Hi I just noticed this! I have a tourist visa for Canada but I didn't know that it included the UCI number, therefore I didn't put anything in that field on my application, will that be a cause of rejection?

There is nothing to worry dear..even i forgot to enter uci no .....
