Hi, I'm new here and I need your advice pls. I set up my own company 3 years ago in the business services and I wanna apply for an occupation in the NOC list using my experience in the last 3 years. At my company, I am the legal rep, director and team member as well as I work hard just as other team members of mine: dealing with and servicing clients. Will my experience be considered to be PAID work experience? Many thanks.

Which NOC?? It has to be a at least 1 year full time paid job in the last 10 years. How are you gonna show as paid employee? Self employed may not work.

Rather if you have any previous work exp, choose that NOC and go ahead with that.

Its NOC 0013 - job title Employment Agency General Manager. I've worked in the HR consulting service business for 6 years now, and in the past 3 years, I managed my own company. One of the reasons why I had to set up a company is that our client needs tax invoices. This is a one-member company limited so I work full-time as a normal employee. How can I prove my work experience? Your advice please, bros and sis.

Hi I just noticed this! I have a tourist visa for Canada but I didn't know that it included the UCI number, therefore I didn't put anything in that field on my application, will that be a cause of rejection?
