Hello Friends , I want to know what do "example titles" shows with each NOC. Like I am applying under the NOC2241 and it has many example titles? what it actually shows? ...Sorry if I sound silly for this question :)

they are just some of the job titles for a particular noc... it is not necessary to have exactly one of the title mentioned.. they are just examples... more important is that duties should match with the noc duties mentioned.

What percentage of my job responsibilties should matched with the JDs given in particular NOC. In my case its 70 to 75%.

Don't think anyone has got it yet from May 7th. I last heard ttman entry is there, but has he confirmed? Seems more like an entry error if that is what you are mentioning brother!! :)

Please feel free to correct me if I may have missed anything though!

Thanks Future Canadian. But one question If I will get experience letter for more than a year for 0013 & the period before for 1112 then whether I will be evaluated under 0013 & will get full work experience marks though work experience in 0013 will be only 1 year & the rest will be 1112 which will be around 9 years.

You asked for a letter matching 1112 even though your actual work experience didn't match it? That is a misrepresentation and is a serious offense. Do not do such a thing again.

Both 0013 and 1111 are eligible NOCs this year. Both of them are filling up much more slowly than 1112. If you can get an HONEST letter showing at least 1 year of continuous full-time experiencein either NOC, I suggest doing so and applying under one of those NOCs.

The problem is that it is possible that CIC has a record of your former application, since they opened it and evaluated it to determine whether you made the pass mark. Nobody really knows whether they keep full records of all applications even those rejected at an early stage. But if they do, it's going to look very bad that your employer's letter last year stated duties for 1112 and now states duties for a different NOC.

If you have a different employer that can give you an HONEST letter for an eligible NOC that doesn't contradict a letter you sent with your previous application I suggest going with the different employer. If you have no choice but to send a contradictory letter, you'll just have to take your chances.

CC Charged
Application received - 9th May
By - Stephenson
NOC -2174
Few things noteworthy about my app -
1. I sent additional documents which were received by Mike on May 24th. I forgot to fill my name in native language in my original app.
2. I used Employee Provident Fund as POF
3. I got a reference letter from my manager on the company letter head.
4. For the reference letter of my previous company I had used the NOC description from 2173 and 2174 merged the ones which are applicable to me and used the sentences as is. No change.

ind_2173, Congratulations and this is truly good news for those who have sent additional documents. In essence the application received date is not reset to the date the additional documents are received by CIC.

What date did your application reach? Currently 7th, 8th and 9th May apps are being billed. So, if your app reached after these dates then there is nothing to worry. Try to check with your back to find if they can say if it is en-cashed. If there is no way to find out then have patience and wait till you receive the PER. Mostly you might receive the PER after a month of your CC or DD getting en-cashed. You can find the approximate date by following this forum and see if other members with the same filing date as yours reported a CC charge.

Thank you very much sriramkb. If 7th, 8th and 9th May are being processed, mine was sent much later. It was supposedly received by the CIO on the morning of 12th May (9:15 AM, and signed by MIKE like the others). I guess I have to wait for a few more weeks.

Thanks again,
O. O.

Hi srideep. I'd be grateful if you could tell me how much time did the CPC give you to submit your Medical Request & PCC i.e. 30 days, 45 days or something like that. Thank you.

I submitted the application but I realized that in the Generic Application form-Declaration- I signed and dated, ticking YES box also but I did not write my name. Will CIC reject my application?

I believe this is a small error and will not result in rejection.
