You will need to get birth certificate from Nadra. And ur marriage certificate from Nadra as well if u are married. U will need to pay someone from UC office n u will get everything done. Someone here mentioned it will take 4000-6000 per birth certificate from lahore. But i got 4 birtj certificate n my marriage certificate in just 4000rs in karachi.

Dear Nadra does not issue Birth Certificate. Though you can get Form B fo those who are under 18.

Dear Nadra does not issue Birth Certificate. Though you can get Form B fo those who are under 18.
