Hi All,

I'm yet to send my application to CIC (NOC 2171), Myself will be principal applicant and my wife will be dependent, she has done Bachelors in pharmacy.

1) Let's Suppose i get PR (Highly optimist ), Can she will also get PR with me?
2) Do i have to follow the same process for her too, like geting her ECA, IELTS etc?
3) or Simply i will add her as dependent and apply, without having her ECA, ILETS?

I'm really confused. Please Help.

You will be the principal applicant. She will be ur dependent. When you get the PR , she will also get the PR. You have to get ECA, IELTS and not your spouse.

If you are claiming points for her language proficiency as well, only then she has to write IETLS.

1. Yes ofcourse she can be added!

2. No she will not need it (if u have score 67 by urself since spouse IELTS score five points point with a min score)

Bro,
If you are applying as Principal Applicant and her as dependant, both of you will be treated as one application and both will get PR (highly optimist )
Secondly, you don't need ECA for her, but you can use her IELTS score if you falling short of 67 points, otherwise no need.
And finally, come out of confusion and apply immediately because 2171 is a hot NOC.

getting tough day by day

Dear Friends

I have applied under 2281 till date my aging is 22 day at CIC.

8th May App are accessed...Dont Know Person like me who have sent application in last week of June.....will come under CAP or not.......As per sheet 87 are in the excel sheet and world wide projection is 313 , every day 3.5 application are reaching CIC. it means if it take another 60 day for my CC to be charged another 250- 300 application will enter......

313 + 300 is 600 application.

If in case any error or short of document comes .........then, i no Second chance will have

Secondly numbers are just tentative it can be more then the sheet.

So dont know about future...worried

The worksheet that you published earlier where you provided estimates on charging i.e. Estimated Charging Start/End Date, is it still valid or you have a latest analysis. I am 20th May applicant and am wondering when the estimated charging date will be.

How and where I will mention that which of the jobs in my experience letters is to be considered towards my NOC? Like I have 2 years experience in one company, 1.5 years in another company and 1.5 years in the 3rd company and all accounts towards my NOC 1123 but names of designations are different in each company. Rest of my experience of 3 years does not directly relates to my NOC. I will get points for 4.5 years or 9 years including non NOC experience?

We calculate points ourselves on approximation basis does anyone from CIC officially calculates points for us as well?

From totally non technical persons perspecive, with checking the NOC description

If the examiner is saying that answer is 2171, why u still want to chose 2173? it has less competition, anyways.

The CIC staff macthing NOC description, will most probably be trained by them (hrsdc)

I think, it even goes to HRSDC guys for final verification, and thats where 7th May apps PER is stuck. Anyways this is my hunch only.

BUT, HRSDC guys are humans, so its good that u r confirming with others, specially when "higher authorities" opinion is challenging ur understanding.

If i were you, and finally decide it to 2171, i would include their response as ref.

All estimates till date are falling in place. Your estimate is 22/8 to 18/9, you can check this in spreadsheet. patience for another month.

why are you so worried, what is making you to think that you won't make it in first attempt. Have some patience and relax...
BTW trends suggests that your NOC in not going to reach its CAP.
