Letters must be:

- stamped with the company's official seal (if applicable).

Letters must include all of the following information:

- the specific period of your employment with the company,
- the positions you have held during the period of employment and the time spent in each

position,
- your main responsibilities and duties in each position,
- your total annual salary plus benefits,
- the number of hours worked per week.

Additional supporting documents may include:

- copies of work contracts,
- copies of pay stubs.

Visit municipal corporation/municipal council/authorities and Apply for birth certificate for you and your spouse...they will issue you and your spouse certificate of not found...you can attach this certificate with your file and can explain in cover letter about your situation...and now are free to submit your sec school certificate if it has
Applicant name
Dob
Parents name
And /or affidavit as a proof of birth from parents side...

Bro,

Original Birth Cert is best bet. but it is time consuming.
There are other ways like attaching the below
10th Marksheet with names, place and DOB
And an Affidavit from your Parents in front of a Lawyer..

Accumulated Suggestion :

"1) Please descibe the reference letter with your NOC on a white A4 paper and get it acknowledged by your supervisor.
2) Take a copy of photo I'd (company tag photo id) of your supervisor of your company...get it signed by him on it and do attestation
3) Get a service letter from your employee stating you have worked from so and so time with your designation
4) provide an affidavit supporting why you are not able to provide the reference letter in company letter head and attach the service letter provided along with this
5) Submit appointment letter (if exists)
6) Submit Payslip (if exists)
7) Business card of applicant (if exists)

1. No, those are not mandatory but recommended in the document checklist.

2.
1. If your supervisor/HR don't want to give you experience letter, try to get it someone senior to you within your department;
2. If point 1 fails, try to get it someone from your colleagues of your department; ensure giving full contact details along with the visiting card.
3. If point 2 fails, try to get it someone/two from you colleagues of your company;ensure giving full contact details along with the visiting card.
4. If point 3 fails, then go for self attested/notarized affidavit;
NB: The lower option you select, the weaker the documents.

For all of the above cases, explain in cover letter, why you are not able to get the experience letter from your supervisor/HR. Also ensure providing appointment letter, promotion letter, increment letter, and pay slips.

Add Polite refusal email that you have or any other written communication from office expressing their inability to provide you JD letter.

+
Any email snap short between you and your boss /Client that could prove you as right candidate under that NOC.
