hi all members and Ashif_eee.....i need prompt comments on my case plz...i applied as fswp in 2013 and my file returned due to cap reached ...now again i applied under fsw 2014 and my file reached on 8th may 2014 ..i sent DD and now i used my 2013 UCI number to check the status of my application and found "under process".....plz note in my new application of 2014 i never wrote my previous UCI number...just used it to check the status after reading forum members comments that they are using same number to check..plz tell me what can i assume from UNDER PROCESS?

GUYS I HAVE EVEN CALLED CIO N AFTER THE WAIT OF 48 MIN THE LADY SAID SHE CAN NOT HELP ME ON THIS REGARD,
SHE TOLD ME TO PUT A MAIL .

I JUST CANT UNDERSTAND WHAT KIND OF COUNTRY IS IT , THEY CANT EVEN PROVIDE THE STATUS TO THE APPLICANT

I know how this stages are....And apparently this scenario is a bit illogical that they cant provide any info for applicant...

But when the rush is too high, its a bit hard to provide an update whose app number/UCI is yet to be assigned...

So just wait a bit more.....Many 7th May applicants are also waiting as like u...So stay relax....Ur turn is not over yet...

I have told that -Even the applicant dont write their prev UCI on generic form, they will assign same on the ongoing application....

Thats what happend in ur case too.....

And "In Process" (not under...) means u are about to get PER this time (if no error is found anymore)....

is it enough

or do i need experience letter (only with designation and period of work) also.

I already answered your post before and you have reposted !!

It means that your Demand Draft has been charged and that you have sent a complete application.

What is remaining now at CIO is final eligibility check. If that is all good you will be forwarded to your visa office where further processing (medicals, background etc will be done )

Bro if ur collected ref letter contain designation and period of work also then not required for additional letter....

Arun - if your 10th mark sheet has your father name then it is ok else u need to submit affidavit from your parents.

We don't have birth certificates(for me and spouse). Our parents never taken it from authorities. I'm planning to attach 10th certificate for DOB proof. What reason I can mention in the cover letter for the same? Is there any format for that ?

Mate, If it is matching below requirement ny CIC, then it is well and good,

Letters must be:
- written on company letterhead,
- signed by the responsible officer / supervisor,
- have the printed name and title of the responsible officer/supervisor beneath the signature,
- show the company's full address, telepohne and fax numbers, e-mail and website addresses,
- stamped with the company's official seal (if applicable).

Letters must include all of the following information:

- the specific period of your employment with the company,
- the positions you have held during the period of employment and the time spent in each

position,
- your main responsibilities and duties in each position,
- your total annual salary plus benefits,
- the number of hours worked per week.

Additional supporting documents may include:

- copies of work contracts,
- copies of pay stubs.

Experience letter is not required at all. Also provide joining letter, release letter, 3 month pay slips.

What's up with fswp 2013 applications? I had a look at fsw 2013 spreadsheet
Did None of their application got approved yet ? or are they not updating the spreadsheet?
I am trying to estimate the timeline as to how long it took for last years apps to get approved.

Feel free to correct me on the above / provide any updates on the above.

And I think PERs for May 7th will accordingly begin once the above are done with (so May 7th PER is around the corner now).

PS - If May 5th/6th (had hurricane Arthur effect as well) PER has taken CIC this long, not sure if they will be able to handle May 7th PERs in even 1.5 to 2 month's time unless extra resources are freed from FSWP 2013 or PNP areas or somewhere else!! Please start learning yoga / meditation to increase your patience for all May 8th onwards cases!!!
