the immigration is for you and spouse together. Whether your spouse accompany you or not in the first trip, you must pay the fee and fill documents without fail.

I have a question

Is it Ok if your employment contract have job responsibilities mentioned in it , one of my friend is saying that Employment contract does not have job duties responsibilities mentioned in it.

Is it a mistake by my company , Im puzzled , some one from HR ??

You don't need to submit your employment contract so it's not a problem. You can optionally submit it as a supporting document. If you are trying to submit it instead of an employer reference letter, and it doesn't have your job duties, it won't be sufficient.

I received an email and they said "Your application has now been placed into processing." and that my application has received a positive determination of eligibility to be processed on the basis of work experience. What does it mean?

Just now i received SMS that 'Ur trxn at CITIZENSHIP & FS on Jul 15 2014 3:56 PM was declined as you exceeded international usage limit on ur Cr card.Plz change limits using netbanking"

Within five mins i called up HDFC customer care and enhanced my international limit to 1lac (To my badluck my limit was 3.5lacs but international credit was only 55K itseems )

Is there any possibility that CIC officers give a second try?????? Request ur views plz.

ALWAYS go with current boss even s/he is just for 1 days - it is worldwide accepted. It is always assumed your current boss knows your past and his certificate for past is never questioned. I got 10 yrs of work experiences and worker 4 supervisor; 3 of them left (one currently at UK). According to your philosophy, I need to search them all and have to even travel UK (not a bad idea) but all of them cannot sign on my company's letter head as they are not currently working there.
