If at all they receive near 25,000 Applns this year.... Mike, M Kruzswada, Stapleton etc will certainly quit from their job complaining "Heavy workload" and many others will apply for VRS

these 3 NOCs are going on full throttle.... as these are hot nocs and last year dropouts and missed-the-cap applicants are filling up these NOC cap very fast....
2173 Software engineers and designers 54
1112 Financial and investment analysts 120
2174 Computer programmers and interactive media developers 130

& it seems that NOC 1112 & 2174 will filled completely to NOC cap by end of July-2014 and NOC 2173 will filled completely to NOC cap by end of August 2014.... that will be 3 x 1000 = 3000 applications received by CIC for 3 NOCs...

below 8 NOC codes received applications between 11 to 50
2133 Electrical and electronics engineers 11
3142 Physiotherapists 11
1111 Financial auditors and accountants 17
0111 Financial managers 19
2131 Civil engineers 20
2281 Computer network technicians 23
2171 Information systems analysts and consultants 28
2132 Mechanical engineers 34

also if we assume that above 8 NOCs will filled completely to NOC cap by end of December 2014.... that will be 8 x 1000 = 8000 applications received by CIC for 8 NOCs... :-[

and that leaves total of 25000 - 11000 = 14000 applications quota for remaining 39 NOCs ... to be filled in by April-2015

Please, can someone give me a clue about what is the meaning of "PER"? I received an email and they said "Your application has now been placed into processing." and that my application has received a positive determination of eligibility to be processed on the basis of work experience. What does it mean?

PER means Positive Eligibility Review and as per simple english in your mail states: you are deemed eligible from CIC so congrats on your PER mail.

What is your application received date at CIC?

can you ppl pls confirm how am i suppose to send my educational credentials to wes for evaluation, i thought im suppose to get my bachelors marksheets photocopies attested and get them sealed in a envelope by the university and repeat the same process for my masters.

so now I will be having 2 sealed envelopes with me since both these colleges are in different cities. can i not put both these envelopes in another big envelope and dispatch it to WES ?

im getting conflicting views pls clarify this is urgent

Just now i received SMS that 'Ur trxn at CITIZENSHIP & FS on Jul 15 2014 3:56 PM was declined as you exceeded international usage limit on ur Cr card.Plz change limits using netbanking"

Within five mins i called up HDFC customer care and enhanced my international limit to 1lac (To my badluck my limit was 3.5lacs but international credit was only 55K itseems )

Is there any possibility that CIC officers give a second try?????? Request ur views plz.

That mail is the PER notification email.
Positive Eligibility Review (PER) is what you just received.

I think we need to put a notice board or FAQ page. Any repeated question should be added there. And if a repeated question is asked, we just refer to the link of FAQs and save time and forum pages (as it is getting hard to follow unless you spend at least 1hr on daily basis).

Two issue seems never will be over:
1. CC: PIN issue
2. DD: 3-month validity issue.

yes, you can do that. Mostly, you need to get the marksheets attested by Registrar/Controller of Examination. However, please check the WES site for your university's exact requriement.

Yes they will surely in 3-4 days after they get their account statement. It has already happened with on person named migratecanada on forum.
