thanks i have read that info more than a couple of times im still not clear on 2 things
1. do we have to enclose academic transcript request form along with the package
2. bachelors degree sealed envelope and masters degree sealed envelops needs to be put in another envelope

1. Transcript Request Form is mandatory to enclose with the package. Based on that, they will send verification email
2. No issue, if send separate envelop from same university... but must be sent separately if Bachelor and Master's degree from different uni..

Even in the last year FSW 2013 a meagre Overall : 5000 was Not filled 8)

Butt who cares for Overall Cap.. all that matters is "my NOC" 's Cap status !!

That is called sampling... base on facts and figures.. not just multiplying the numbers...
There would be so many NOC's for which CAP will not start even or may limit to 5 or 10 by end of April 2014.. So, if you know anybody with very very cold NOC such as Nurse or Psychologists then ask them to apply... Offcourse CIC wants these Nurses (COLD) for us (HOT) only...
I am talking about HOT and COLD NOC...

UCI always remains the same... and he can find it from his last year's file (Gen Appln. Form) which was returned to him 8)

Nope buddy u dont have other option...Just wait to get this yr's UCI...

I hv no UCI but my file returned due to cap reach last year.is thr any other option to check my ecas status..pls suggest...

Yes...You can.. but make sure that both (Bachelor, Master) documents are mailed with respective university's sealed envelop...

Another important thing... Ensure the email address mentioned by University authority in the academic transcript form is correct and they correspond emails using that address. Cause they will receive email verification from WES

He should quit from company or sue HR?? Please advise... I am also puzzled now.. I have 10 years of experience with 4 companies and no one mentioned my responsibilities... in offer letter... I just checked the Salary Package and joined those companies.. What a big mistake...

if you read my analysis in previous posts...

these 3 NOCs are going on full throttle.... as these are hot nocs and last year dropouts and missed-the-cap applicants are filling up these NOC cap very fast....
2173 Software engineers and designers 54
1112 Financial and investment analysts 120
2174 Computer programmers and interactive media developers 130

& it seems that NOC 1112 & 2174 will filled completely to NOC cap by end of July-2014 and NOC 2173 will filled completely to NOC cap by end of August 2014.... that will be 3 x 1000 = 3000 applications received by CIC for 3 NOCs...

below 8 NOC codes received applications between 11 to 50
2133 Electrical and electronics engineers 11
3142 Physiotherapists 11
1111 Financial auditors and accountants 17
0111 Financial managers 19
2131 Civil engineers 20
2281 Computer network technicians 23
2171 Information systems analysts and consultants 28
2132 Mechanical engineers 34

also if we assume that above 8 NOCs will filled completely to NOC cap by end of December 2014.... that will be 8 x 1000 = 8000 applications received by CIC for 8 NOCs... :-[

and that leaves total of 25000 - 11000 = 14000 applications quota for remaining 39 NOCs ... to be filled in by April-2015

Previously Employers were mentioning "Roles & Responsibilities" in the Appointment letter itself for a particular designation .....
I too have such appointment letters from 2 previous employers (though they are more than 10 yrs old.. so not of much use : ) which mentions about detailed "Roles & Responsibilities".... but this practice is not much followed by HR fraternity in recent years....

Dont be so tensed..... patience is the key here... Even after PER you will have to be extremely patient for next steps because every step takes time....
