I have phoned TD bank in Canada. They said currently CIO is not such advanced to charge visa debit and they are like one year behind the technology. Therefore they only accept credit card. I will be out of game this time. What a pity! Any way, good luck to you all

WES REJECTED MARKSHEETS ONLY ACCEPTED DEGREE CERTIFICATE - PLEASE HELP

my friend is from Dhirubhai Ambani institute a reputed deemed university.

They do not provide proper marksheet to students, as they have just printed grade card report kinda things.
On the request of marksheet they just printed out that report and provided stamp on it.

With that marksheet, transcript & degree certificate he sent the documents to WES where only degree certificate was accepted not the marsheet.

Now how to convince WES that as a part of marksheet college only provides this to all the students.

Slow CIC.......

CIC employees are very slow 516 done in 75 days which means almost 6 application a day.......It is Slow Tooooooooooo Slow.........

.....they really need skilled Immigrant like us............CIC must see this forum how dedicated we alll are.......and how much information we have......

They do not compose the email.. Its pre-written.. They just have to get the email id and fill in the details (UCI, etc etc) in the email and click the send button.. Then why they are taking this much time...

Also, I have one question Ashif.. At CIO its first come first serve... But at Visa Office it should not be the case.. 7th May applicant can get AOR earlier than 5th or 6th May applicant depending on VO..

May be its just one pre-written email to us but from CIO end, they have to check whether all the docs are eligible for placing on the CAP and the job description written has fallen on the applied NOC....

And when the number of the applicants get increased massively in a shrt vol of time, they cant also increase the man forces accordingly for that short period of time....

So there is few factors that makes the delay....

And regarding AOR- Yes it depends on the Local VO's behavior/nature...

Just thinking, what will happen to us.

FSW2013 not cleared; Express Entry is about to launch with stiff target of completion.

Seems like my file, if i get AOR, will lost under the piles of files at Singapore VO. I am afraid, with passing of time, some documents could turn into yellow and may be illegible - my file could be return for this reason.

Is it OK to send VO packets of mothball/naphthalene in every quarter?

I don't know why I am getting intuition that FSW 2014 will get over by December 2014 only... They have said that they will accept 25000 application but they wont be getting more than 5000 applications.. There will be one's and two's for very cold NOC's.. Hot NOC's such as 2174,2171 etc will get processed by December... Processed means by CIC not VO... VO may take there own time..

from Jan 2015, they are introducing "Express Entry".... but at the same time.... they will also continue "this last season" of FSWP... till stipulated time period as per Ministerial Instructions for FSWP 2014...

No. Each application is assessed according to the eligibility requirements and caps in place at the time CIC receives it. In order to be considered for Express Entry, people will have to apply separately (starting in January 2015) using a new electronic application management system. There will not be any application caps or occupation lists under Express Entry.

There is always a time lag between when people apply and when they settle in Canada. As a result, there will be an overlap between people being processed under these caps in 2014 and people applying under Express Entry in 2015.

Couple of questions about the translation of a document from native language to English:

1. Is the translation by a Notory public be valid?

2. Is the Affidavit of translation done by the same notary public will be valid?

3. Do I need the true copy of the original document i.e. of native language or the translated document?

Pls help me for the above questions.

i also faced issue with WES they given me incorrect report and my file got rejected. this year i tired ICAS they take time but are good in performance
why dont u try ICAS.
