hi! last year i applied under federal skilled program 2013.i got receiving of the courier company through whicch i sent my document and they mentioned it was reached to cic on 4th nov 2013. after asking them through e-mail they said that they have returned my application on 16th january because caps were filled but i have not got my application bunch till now .I lost all my documents including eca report, ielts trf, pcc etc. As i come to know canadian immigration launched again new federal skilled worker program 2014 i started gathering my documents to apply again n i was successful to submit my application on 23rd may 2014 in nova scotia, cic.Till now i have not got any response from cic.I m very much tensed.plz sove my problem in how many days i will get their reply?

I am applying for Canada FSW program this month and i need your help regarding application form.
I would like to know what document should i submit as i am at little bit confused.
I am married but wouldn't be applying for my wife.I will be the only applicant.

Please list the forms.

There is a document checklist that gives details of all forms to be submitted. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5612E.pdf

Even if your wife does not intend to accompany you, she must fill out certain forms and provide certain documents. You will need to explain why she is not accompanying you. Be advised that it is easier to bring her now than later.

Hello! We just mailed our application under Noc 2173
Just wondering, we also fit under 2171
Would it make sense to make a second application?
Both nocs are hot but we have a better chance trying under both.
We just need to get a second ielts result everything else will be done fast.
Any suggestions? Anybody done this?

Can anyone tell me if CIC will use the existing UCI from my TWP, when I filled in the application it asked for UCI so I used the one from my TWP. So will they use that or issue a new UCI?

Usually CIC issue existing UCI number even if u have not mentioned on ur app...)

It could be a long wait as CIC are only on to apps received May 8th

Hi seniors advice on below issue

my wife mother's name is balaneelaveni , In all documents like 10th marksheet, marriage certificate, passport holds the same name,
but in birth certificate it was as neelaveni. (I.E bala is missing), will it make any issue..

Usually CIC issue existing UCI number even if u have not mentioned on ur app...)

CIO is working on 8th May application. Have patience, 23rd May might take another month.

have patience and if you read the forum and analyse the spread sheet you will come to know that May 7-8 applicants CC have been charged till date and they will be getting the PER soon ....
being a may 23 applicant you have to wait atleast for 20 more days....

Wouldn't it be more likely 25-30 days?

Hi All, I need a piece of advice...
My husband is a quality assurance network test engineer
I was thinking that he will fall under 2147..but it seems that this year out of the 50 job codes, 2147 is not mentioned
Should I consider 2281 instead? please help me find out the close alternative for 2147
