Morning guys,

Have few questions regarding proof of funds :
1 :Can we show properties as proof of funds?
2 :Can we deposit the required amount a week before sending the application and take a bank statement ? I mean is it valid if the funds are maintained just a week before or they need a proof of fund from 6 months ?
3 : Confused about proof of funds.

1. No. Settlement funds are liquid and unencumbered assets like cash, fixed deposits, stocks and bonds.
2. As long as the money is really yours and not borrowed, you can move the money however you like whenever you like.

I would like to know if its ok to have the name change gazette document's heading in marathi.
The change in name and other details are in english.

The gazette is issued on a letter head in marathi.
do i need to get the document translated by an accredited translator.

i had done my chartered accountant from.india.in the education what qualification should i write??there is no space for professional so should i write Bachelors??hw much points i get for CA from india...and i am.opting for NOC 1111 what are my chances to meet cap ??please help.me out

You can write bachelor degree.

Indian CA is equivalent to 3-yr bachelor degree by WES. So you will get 19 points. http://www.wes.org/educators/pdf/indiapolicypacket.pdf

I guess someone from India can validate it better.

For this WRONG CODE , is it a completely non-existing code? Then I guess you are fine , as the typing error is understood in this case.

But if the wrong code denotes any other occupation then it may create confusion.

Hi all,

I heard that when the local VO requests PCCs, it requests that the PCCs be submitted within 30 days of the request date. Is this true? If so, how strict are they with the timeline? I worked in a Latin American country for an year, and from what I gathered online, the LatAm country that I worked for sometimes takes as much as 6 months to issue PCCs.

Also, do WES allow CIC to access ECA report? I have selected FSWP Credential Assessment Package.
