Hi FBI Agent ;), I think every applicant should first be taken on a field trip for fishing on a lake side. That way patience could be taught right upfront, and then this waiting game becomes easy!!!!!!! :)

If one being a May 8th candidate starts worrying what does one suggest a May 1st or May 5th guy who hasn't yet heard should do? :)

Patience is the name of the game!!! Unless one is VERY confident that all their documents were in perfect state as asked by CIO, they should not worry about things taking a little longer. Any document if has a little variation it can take longer to process.

Ideally the best is to apply and then forget (although somewhat unrealistic), if it happens it is meant to happen else try another time. :)

Congrats Mehul ! :) :)

In case you get hold of ILR and have no family obligation to come to canada. Stay in UK. Worker rights and IT jobs are much better there. I did get ILR but came here since my parents want me to stay near siblings

That's useful information! From pretty much everyone in Canada I am getting an impression that there are more opportunities in the UK, especially in IT.

I am not sure what did you mean by worker rights? What kind of rights?

Can you compare quality of life? and public schooling? These are two very important factor for me. I'm not sure how good public schools are in the UK but most of them doesn't seem to be very good from what I've observed so far. Properties in London are very expensive too, and better schools tend to be in areas with expensive properties.

Have you provided your pay stubs then ? Or any other documentation which mentions your salary? May be a Salary Certificate?

Hi Cj,

I havent sent the application yet. I am awaiting for my WES report. I have just taken the reference letter.
Is it ok if I submit the reference letter without pay mentioned on it and submit the Payslips along with that ?

Thank you
Keerthi.

Experts my sister needs to apply for FSW in Early Childhood and have done her masters from USA. I was looking on WES Canada for Credential Assessment but was not able to find the country name USA that what documents they require for a person who has done Masters from USA. Please help and let me know what all documents required for her to get attested fro WES Canada. Its the same process as we have do from India???? Please help....

Its there in the drop down. u will need to ask the university to send the transcripts. Usually California state university's have online process to directly order transcript. Order that and get it delivered to WES address directly. I had send it to them and got it processed. And i did not add transcript request form.

Abhishek, make sure you're not looking at WES's USA website. You won't find USA in the list of countries in WES USA's website because US qualifications don't need evaluation within USA. www.wes.org/ca is the correct website to look at I think.

I had a US degree, all I did was request my institute to send thru transcripts in a sealed envelop. My institute charged me $10 for this service, transcripts took 1 week to reach.

HI Friends,

In my Generic Application Form, Point-13 in Personal Details section mentions details about my wife's name.
I have mentioned her name as her name before our marriage...Is this correct? Or it should be her name after marriage?

My wife has her passport ready with her name after marriage endorsed on passport.

It should be same as written on passport. No different or it can create complications.
