Please friends I need an urgent response.

My Sister in Law is considering applying under NOC 0113. She has worked as an Inventory Officer for 6 months in Company A and has worked again as an Inventory Officer in Company B for 4 months till date. The next available IELTS test date in our country is Sept 6 (results will take 15 days) and even if she submits an application to WES for ECA today, she wont get her ECA till maybe September. Therefore we have targeted end of September for an submission of application to CIC. We want to risk it this late because her NOC is not hot.

My question is: by September she will have 1 year work experience for this NOC 0113 and she can get her reference letters from both companies. Is this okay for the application or must she have worked in one company for 1 year at least before she can be found eligible?

Thanks for your response.

It's very okay for her to apply with 1 year work experience from two companies. It doesn't have to be one company only, wish her the best as she prepares her documents :)

Do we need to send spouse's certificates? Or just principal applicants certificates with ECA?

Spouse ECA not required. But spouse's degree copy is required IF you are claiming adaptability points for spouse's previous study in Canada.

I have applied under 2171 category. My application was received by Mike on May 1st, 2014. My CC is not charged, nor have I received any communication.
Going through several posts, it seems that CIC is done processing all the applications till May 7th. Do I still have a chance or have I missed the opportunity this year ?

Hello Seniors

I am glad that we have several esteem seniors present right now. I have some queries. Please help me fill up the form

1. I am studying abroad for last 3/4 years. In the travel form, do I need to fill up all the trip to back home and country of residence or only the information of the trop to third country will be suffice.

2. In the economic class for, the space for job duties, do I need to use only one line (next to the time of experience) or I can use all the lines.

1. As long as it was a 'travel', it must be enlisted.

2. If there was only 1 duty, then it is alright. Usually, people have more than 1, and are always found to be short of space.

Regards

I will advice that you start plans immediately to submit a new application.
It's possible that your application has been returned.
Cheers.

Hey guys ...

This question may sound to be coming to early. I read somewhere that maximum number of application were received at CIC on 7th May. Anybody has idea how many application did they receive post 7th May? And do we expect CIC to fall in love with a particular date again?

Thanks. Can I use several lines. I have several duties. Also I think i saw somewhere in the forum that some seniors were saying that we only have to list the third country information. Please suggest.

Nothing new here, the same horn that's been tooted for a long time now. Still, there is a lack of specific details about the rules that will be placed. For example, how are they going to rank candidates for invitation? Or is being nominated by an employer or a province necessary for invitation? And what's going to happen to the current applicants whose applications aren't already processed by Jan 2015? Will they be placed in the same pool as the new applicants? Or is there an option to do so?

At least for me, unless these details are specified, there is no new NEWS yet.

Where are u currently located? CC should have been charged for May 1st applicants unless of course there is some issue with your application. Wait for some days you should hear some news from them.

You can also fill in the case specific form

Have faith, have you asked your CC company if any billing/charge attempts were made against your card, and if so, did it fail to go through, with reason if at all it didnt
