Looking forward to apply to NOC 1123 with couple of queries inside my head regarding the points calculation system.

1. Education

I am a B.tech (Computer Science Engineer)- 4years
MBA - Marketing - 2years

Both regular courses

I have received my transcripts for b.tech but for mba my college people say they dont provide transcripts.

So my question is what score will i get in Education out of the maximum points assigned ??

Since i dont have my MBA-Marketing transcripts will i be eligible to apply within NOC1123 ?

2. Work Experience

I have a total 5 years of experience with 3 and a half coming from a banking background.

Currently working with a brand consultancy as a marketing manager with 1 and a half years of experience valid for NOC1123

so on what basis would my points get calculated ??

5 Years of total experience or 1 and a half years of related work experience ??

What else papers are missing except the transcript copy ??? i am in similar situation i also didn't send the transcript copy / my diploma copy.
I request all members please share your experiences, if some had their application returned due to this reason.Should i wait to hear any news from CIC as its already a month now since i have sent my application.

Only the diploma and transcript copy I didn't send with my package, for me I will send a new application coz I don't want to wait until they sent my application back it might take 2 months
My first application has been received by CIC on May 20 and I didn't hear from them yet, to be on the safe side I think is better to apply again ASAP

And what about your IELTS original copy earlier sent?

We are 7th may applicants, application reached 2:45 pm, received MIKE, NOC 2133, credit card charged on friday, shown on statement today.

because he/she is named after his birth certificate is printed/typed

You can use your secondary school certificate if it has
Applicant name
Dob
Parents name

And/or affidavit as a proof of your birth from yours parents side....

In background declaration form in personal history/ membership/ addresses in the "From" and "To" section I want to write Present in "To" section but its not allowing me to write any thing else than numbers ... Kindly guide what to do !!!

So finally CIC declared new opening from 1st May -2014.

I have created this thread for helping each other --could be anything-form filling up,POF queries,mental support etc .

Since this year 50 category will be open having a max cap of 1000, so this will bring more opportunity to be a successful applicant for an period.

Hello, I am new comer here, glad to know you people, I have a quick question and hope can get help from you:
I just sumitted the application in June, and recently I found that the form IMM0008 has been updated, now the version is 2014-06. (This update happened after my submission), so just wondering that when an officer come to my case, will it be a concern that the form is not the latest version and be returned? so worrying about it now...
Please if anything you know about it, kindly tell, thanks in advance!

These 2 will be after with DD + Mailing Labels + Photos because of their smaller sizes.

Yes the original IELTS has been sent, and I ordered a new original copy to send with the new application
