Dear Veteran, From what it seems you have a high risk of your application coming back brother. And what brother Shah is suggesting you to go through will either confirm this or will confirm that your file is safe. He has complete knowledge. I am hoping you have made a copy of the file sent, please share specifics in a day or two and he will analyze and let you know his findings. Instead of losing a year better to find out in time and re-apply. Try to understand this!!

NO, they wont charge, we have already seen applications being returned recently for exactly the same reason.

Good that u have taken the right decision, just make sure to include following with ur new application

1. Original ECA (order another copy, if u dont have it)
2. Orginal IELTS (u have to obtain fresh copy from BC/IDP if u dont have original, it may take couple of weeks but ur NOC is as cool as Canada
3. Check for updated forms at that time and use those.

1. Senior Managers – financial, communications, and other business services. (NOC 0013)

Job Description: Senior managers in these sectors are responsible for developing and establishing company objectives and policies, as well as managing the senior or executive management team of their employer.

Average Salary: $200,000 – $220,000 per year

Example Titles:
Bank President
Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Telephone Company
President, Advertising Agency

As I understand this is a pretty senior category. Do you fit in the above category, more or less?

My nocs are 0113 and 1123. And according to that website average salary should be > 66 000$. Only in my dreams for my country))))))so it could cause me a problem?

Doesn't matter, it can be addressed to yourself or Obama or Chris Alexander!

CIC understands that HR might have restrictive policy or you may not wish to disclose to ur company at this point in time.

I'm a share holder in a family business, I'm the company representative in Jordan, I'm a senior manager, project coordinator, our firm is for engineering and trading
Do you think that I can fit under this nock? And what papers should I include? Can I include the firm registration? Its under my name?

I SUBMITTED TWO EXPERIENCE LETTER UNDERSIGNED BY AUTHORIZED PERSONELL....JUST MENTIONING MY DESIGNATION AND PERIOD OF EMPLOYMENT WITHOUT JOB DUTIES.......

JOB DUTIES ARE MENTIONED BY ME ON A4 SIZE SHEET

UNDER 4011... I DID SAME BUT ATTACHED PF STATEMENTS...THATS IT WITH MY EXPERIENCE INFO

Don't go just by salary range. That salary is to give an idea for equivalent salary range for a person in Canada doing a similar job. You don't need to meet that salary range to apply! Cheers!!

PS - BTW, I hope you have not included application for 2 different NOCs under one application?

No, i am waiting for my ielts now and meanwhile waiting how caps will be filling. And accordig to these results will choose one of them in order to be in cap) i also have 5125 experienxe but only 8 months, so it is not eligible. But i know that 5125 is not very hot noc. Dont know what to expect from those two))

Dear mj.sb, The reason I asked for clarification is because this NOC seems very, very senior to me. Someone like a 17 plus years of professional experience. Although you are a share holder in this family business, have you checked with any consultants / immigration lawyers on the fitment? Or let me pass the question to brother Shah or Century here....to get their thoughts on this.

PS - If they may not be around now I am sure this can be checked in the forum tomorrow. May be I am being over-cautious, but good to eliminate the doubt upfront.

I don't think there is much at stake here. If CIC sees you fit as per the NOC, you are good. But even if they don't (God forbids), then you will not be charged. Only thing lost (for time being) will be your ECA and IELTS fee along with the postages. Being a shareholder in your family company, I think that would be peanuts for you. And moreover, those could be used next time, which is coming pretty soon as Express Entry starting January 2015.

NOC 0013's opening statements lists establishments throughout the telecommunications, finance, insurance, real estate, and data processing, hosting and related services industries as well as other business service industries



But the other NOC 0015 lists establishments in broadcasting and related media services, wholesale trade, retail trade, accommodation and food service, and other services not elsewhere classified.

This seems like a better fit to me.
