ok for relative proof of residence how many type of docs from list are needed? last one says credit card invoices and bank statements. I have asked for only e recent credit card statements which I have received recently and plan only 2 credit card statement of my uncle so will that do or credit card statement and bank statement has to be there, both. if only 2 credit card statements will suffice do I need more typr of docs from the list or just this would suffice as there r 6 type of docs mentioned in checklist.

Bro,

Doc checklist say - Which is o ur hand...

So give all of the docs if possible...It helps them to verify the relative easily....

So if possible --add the bank statements also along with the credit card statement....:)

Good luck...

Dear Century,

My experience pertains to two different NOCs, however I will be mentioning only one NOC as primary NOC in 12 a of Form Schedule 3 and will list down experience for both the NOCs in 12 b. I hope this would be fine.

TIA

hi guys, I wanted to share my saddness to make myself somehow relax.

My wife and myself are scared from past one week. We are staying in rented independent house in Bangalore, India. For past one week i'm facing issue with suspected person(s) are coming to our house terrace and making nasty(toilet). i never heard such kind of suspected person. Don't know, at what time they are coming. next to our house there is one empty plot. we have been staying since Feb 2013. we never faced any issue. We talked about this issue to our neighbour and they confirmed as they are theif and told us already some theft happend in the house when our house owner were stayed. we noticed now there is lot of safety problems in the house. Seriously i'm looking to change house.

Please guide me, how can i change the address in CIC if i move into new house.

Dear,

Once u get the PER from CIC and AOR from New Delhi (I guess u r from NDVO) then send them a CSE online mentioning ur new address...They will update it!

Thats too easy....:D

Here is the link:

NOC : 1112

DD cashed: Don't know

Hello!
We are just working on our application forms. One quick question, where do we have to write down that we are applying under NOC 2173????
Is there any place? Or just on the envelope?
Thanks in advance!!!

aav,

1. These are the applications with PER.
2. Maximum cap limit is 25,000. As soon as an NOC reaches 1,000, it will be closed, therefore it is not possible for all 50 NOCs to reach maximum 1,000 application sub-cap.
3. This number is showing applications with PER. It is noted that CIO reports number with PER but when an NOC reaches near to its sub-cap, CIO starts reporting applications even in fee encashed stage.

Freinds,

On the CIC application accepted tracking page, the line just before the table reads as " Total received toward the overall cap: 491 of 25,000" and then the column header within that table reads as Number of complete applications counted towards the 1000 subcap"

Question:
1) what is this 491. Applications who received PER or just fees encashed?
2) What is this 25000 cap limit. With 1000 subcap for 50 occupation the number should be 50000 right? Or is it they would just stop at 25000 accepted application?
3) Within that number of accepted application against each occupation, for example (115 for code 1112) : Is that number for applications who have received PER or even fees encashed qualifies to uptick this running number?

Sternchen30890,

You will mention it on Schedule 3 Form in section 12 (a). Clearly write down occupation and NOC code under which you are applying.

Hi!,

My wife's uncle is a Citizen of Canada but last 7 years he is staying in USA and he don't have any kind of lease document or electricity or telephone bill. So whether will it be wise decision to listed his as a relative. Without relative point i am having the eligible poit :) .

No brother,

It will not be wise to include him as relative to show him the same since he is out if Canada for 7 yrs already....

Dears , could someone advise me?

I haven't send my application yet, due to IELTS results,
I need at least 22 points for it, and I already passed ielts 5 times, and the highest result was 20 points.
I am going to pass it again , untill I will got what I need.
But there is a question related to the phrase in selection criteria about Age:

on the day when the Centralized Intake Office gets your application.

Could you please advise me what is that date?

I saw different dates in the FSW spreadsheet, and cannot figure out which one is that date.
I have to know because in November I will loose 1 point due to Age criteria.

Please advise me , which is the maximum late date for sending application in order do not loose that 1 point?

Thank you in advance

Brother,

The date u are asking about is " APPLICATION RECEIVED DATE" by CIO.

Hey Ashif,

Posting my query again.

Do you have any idea if a person who doesn't work in canada, but take care of home and stays at home, also gets tax assessment papers?

Thanks

Unable to get Detailed Experience Letter

Hi,

I am posting a query on behalf of my friend who is about to file his application.

His company is not willing to give detailed experience letter on letter head. He can only get a usual letter stating his designation and joining date on letter head. However, his manager is willing to provide detailed letter stating his JD too on blank paper and he will sign and provide his business card as s well.

Will it be enough for my friend?

Please mention if there's something else that is required for CIC application.

Thanks.
