If my package till under review by CIO office (No CC NO PER yet) can I send a duplicate package to CIO office (same NOC) ? Because I want to include missing document and also another method pf payment (DD)

Is the duplicate package will harm my original package?

Any one got their FBI Criminal Summary Report..its been 4 weeks

Not yet; My fingerprints reached FBI on June 5th.

Current waiting period is 28 calendar days.

I don't think so. For example, if you check the charts, you can see that some May 6 and May 5 applicants got their fee charged after May 7 applicants started getting their fees charged. Nothing to worry for now

Dmitryich, your estimate chart is kind of accurate. The prediction was that May 8th apps would get charged by 2nd July and today we see a May 8th applicant getting charged..Nice Work! +1 again

Bro They wont consider your duplicate package, If your case is refusal it will be return in 2-3 months time.
My case was returned due to Cap in FSWP 2013 and it took 3 months.

Get your case ready again along with all documentation, as soon as u receive CIC response, File again your case ........... I Pray to Allah that you wont find any issue of capping next time.

There is always some overlapping.

Maria2014: application received on 7th May charged on 13th June
SDNY: application received on 5th May charged on 19th June.

If you sort fee encashment date, you will find a lot of numbers.

I think, still in next week, you will heard CC/DD of 7th May being charged.

It looks like I've missed with the PER estimate, though (some CIC officers went to a vacation? ) It's so out of the pattern that we've seen only 1 PER since last Friday.

My application was received on 7th May and I am hoping that it will be accepted. I have two queries;

* How do I know that DD is encashed by the CIC? I contacted the local bank who issued the DD but they could not provide this information. Is there any way that I can check it?

* Are there any 7th May applicants who already got their PER?

* None of the 7th May applicants received PERs yet...
* Try and chase the bank by all possible means...I guess it depends on your bank and the country you live in regarding regulations and so forth..not so sure...but try your best...call their customer service hotline and insist..or go to the branch and ask to talk to a senior ...that's all I can think of..

A Quick question. For the two labels that we need to send to CIC. Does it need to have only applicants name or should we include Co-applicants name as well?
