my friend does not have his name on his birth certificate. It is mandatory to submit birth certificate? is there any other way,

Nope i am 99.99% sure you will be in CAP just check your package again and agin fro docs and common mistake like education certificates , CIC forms , your original docs for IELTS and other docs :) best of luck buddy and welcome in our waiting club

I say make the leap .. best case scenario you end up in Canada .. worst case scenario you have a UCI to track your application next time :)

He can submit his SSC certificate which must contain his parents ( mother and father ) and his DOB , he should submit the reason why he was not able to submit his DOB :)

I already have an OWP.. I'll land up in Canada this month.. just confused if i should file from here and move or go there and file...
If I file it from here can I mention canada CIO as the processing CIO.. also can i mention Canadian Communication address on my application.

I think you right bro because it is mentioned clearly.
2 options are there by regular mail and by courier. As everyone is sending via courier so i think this is right.

Supervise the building and testing of prototypes according to general instructions and established standards
Conduct or supervise the installation, commissioning, and operation of electrical and electronic equipment and systems other than aircraft electronics or instruments
Carry out applied research in fields of electrical and electronic engineering and physics under the direction of scientists or engineers
Set up and operate specialized and standard test equipment to diagnose, test and analyze the performance of electrical and electronic components, assemblies and systems
Write specifications, schedules and technical reports and control schedules and budgets.

Electrical and electronics engineering technicians perform some or all of the following duties:
Assist in the design, development and testing of electrical and electronic components, equipment, and systems
Assist in inspection, testing, adjusting and evaluation of incoming electrical, electro-mechanical and electronic components and assemblies to ensure conformance with product specifications and tolerances

If I am working as an electrical and electronics technician and want to apply to NOC 2241 , do I also need to include the roles and responsibilities of a Technologist??
