Don't worry, i just talked to Chris (Alexander).... he assured me that new staff has been hired and being trained ... within few weeks process speed will pick-up as strength will be more than tripled.

True... It is 90 applicants in total, not this forum... Which translates into 4 yrs 10 months to 5 years to process 25,000 applicants. This is ridiculous.

If my memory serves me right, for FSW 2013 CIC spent a year to process about 4,000 applications. Unless they have hired new staff or somehow automated their system, I don't see them processing more than 5,000 applications in a year. On what basis they envisioned 25,000 number? And on top of it expect to process this by end of the year?

Compare now this with USCIS... They process 85k H1B applications in or about 3 months max. I know H1B is not PR, but still US follows some stringent measures approve H1Bs.

You should get 10 points according to info available on CIC website. Would request seniors to clarify this

My agent sent my form by DHL on Thursday. There are some weird entries in their tracking. It shows it had reached CINCINNATI HUB, OH - USA at 1.10 am. the next update is from LEIPZIG - GERMANY at 7.55. After a few more updates it shows it has reached ONTARIO SERVICE AREA, ON - CANADA on Sunday at 23.09 the next update shows CINCINNATI HUB, OH - USA at 9.52 on Monday. Anyone else face similar issues.

It happens at times but you can quickly call DHL customer care with the tracking number. They will tell your for sure.

Dear Sister,

Since u have explained the situation for the variation of the names of ur hubby-CIC considered it ok..And u have got ur PER...

If Ur local visa office -Singapore Even find any doubt or need more clarification they will send clarification request to u.....U will not be rejected directly (for the worst case u r thinking) for sure....

So just stay calm...

I pray , u will not be faced more difficulties for this issue.....

Will it matter if the FD's iv shown for POF is broken and money transferred back into my account. I am planning to take up some better FD's. Will it effect my application at this stage? When can i update them with the details of new FD's.

Hi I read you also have SINP? Is that the provincial nominee? Coz I also have MPNP. How's your SINP? is it also in process? What would you do if suddenly you were given LOA for the SINP?
Or are you choosing FSW over SINP?

It all deoends on your local VO.. plz check the processing timings.

Secondly if it would have been another 10 days for fsw then I would have gone with sinp...

As I m yet to receive nomination letter so I would preferably go with fsw

i faced same problem...my status was same on 26th...

due to weekends i got my parcel delivered on 30th june...
