Hey, the short code from which he recieved the SMSs is: AM-ATMSBI; on researching on the internet this is looks to be a fake code. Also all previous SMSs that he recieved from SBI were not from this short code.

Then you can be 100% sure it is fake. So ask his friend to get not worry on CC issue.

In my case i provided CIC with SBI Credit card. Luckliy I called customer care on 26th June to know my CC limit.
IT was ZERO rupees, so I increased it and on 30th june got my CC charged(lucky enoughin my case).

That depends on the Local VO. Which VO are you asking about?

If you are asking for Singapore VO then even 2013 applicants are waiting for MR :'( :'(

2. Our case received on 10:17 7th MAY by MIKE, It's take more time to charge DD than CC ?

1. No body knows; what I think, some 8-10 people got 3-days training on "Understanding 50 NOCs: Future of Canada" and those group are checking the applications.

2. Yes, to know whether DD has been charged, it could take upto 15 days.

as per spread sheet there are 127 applicants whose app. received on 7th may or before but payment not charged. This is gonna take long time. this waiting thing is really frustrates m really fade up with it.

How good is New Delhi VO?

Well majority chunk of applications move to NDVO. I heard it is second largest VO in the world after Canada itself.
They are pretty fast as they receive majority app to process.

Pls. check spreadsheet. I think people has not updated it or there might some problem in it.
Few people are charged with cc or dd but there app status shows "at CIO" e.g. Century's status is the same and he has written in remarks "We received your application for permanent residence on May 7, 2014."

Pls. update the same.

Are there Hard working Indians in New Delhi VO or only Canadian officers ?? strange only NDVO working faster
