So.. slight pick-up in Processor Speed.. from 20 to 22 Apps/ day :)
seems like they increased RAM !!

From Update 2 : Total 401 Applns (24.06.2014)
to Update 3: Total 491 Applns (30.06.2014)
-----------------
So, Net processed : 90 Applns in about 4 working days
Current run rate @ CIO : 22 Applns per day

There pace shouldn't be this low... With 22 application a day and considering 260 days a year work schedule, it will take CIC 4yrs and 10 months to approve tentative 25,000 applicants. Something isn't right.

Hi what he meant to say was 22 applications from forum itself... and forum is approx 10% of the total..

Now rest you calculate

Tomorrow CIC holiday.......... Enjoy guys!!!!! :) ;) ;D

This is getting ridiculous. ..we knew before applying that we're in it for the long haul ....it's a marathon not a sprint and previous applicants have waited for 4 years to get their Visa...

But to be honest this really is getting depressing and I'm. Starting to loose interest...how long will they be processing 7th May???? For God's sake get a move on with it!

Where he mentioned 22 apps from forum? Last CIC update had 401 apps now after 4 working days its 491; means 990 apps in 4 days equals 22 apps per day. This is the speed he is talking abt.

Btw its not good to have hangover on weekdays!!!

True... It is 90 applicants in total, not this forum... Which translates into 4 yrs 10 months to 5 years to process 25,000 applicants. This is ridiculous.

If my memory serves me right, for FSW 2013 CIC spent a year to process about 4,000 applications. Unless they have hired new staff or somehow automated their system, I don't see them processing more than 5,000 applications in a year. On what basis they envisioned 25,000 number? And on top of it expect to process this by end of the year?

Compare now this with USCIS... They process 85k H1B applications in or about 3 months max. I know H1B is not PR, but still US follows some stringent measures approve H1Bs.

@Chemical3881

Don't worry, i just talked to Chris (Alexander).... he assured me that new staff has been hired and being trained ... within few weeks process speed will pick-up as strength will be more than tripled.

my question:for spouse PCC and Birth certificate also needs to send? if yes
questions:
for my wife: she was in USA untill last year oct2013, then she moves to India, now she is india , PCC from india is enough? and can i put affidavit instead of birth certificate?
for mine: i don't have Birth Certificate , can i use any one instead of birth certificate?

plzzz give me u r suggestions.

some body replied:
Hey Srsd,

If you or ur wife stayed in any other country for more than 6 months you need to mention that in travels form and need to get PCC from there as well.
And for birth certificate yes you can get an affidavit for yourself and your wife attach the 10th document and mention its considered as proof of birth in india for people born before 1989.
Or just ask for the DOB format to any notary they have standard official format for that.

Hop that helps thanks.

here is my question again:
here is my story
in oct 2013 she moved from us to ind after 7 years. so now she needs PCC from us or IND? we got marriage in Dec 2013.
plzz elaborate u r suggestions

InshaAllah, but plz don't react btw whts ur formula and properties?

@ Shah2014

Funny bro!!! I am the inert one, non reactive type. :)

@ srsd

PCC: No need to send PCC right now, however, once ur file moves to VO, they will ask for it. Apply for ur wife PCC from US as soon as u send the app as it will take more than 1 month. If u have Indian PCC include it but no need to waste time in getting it

Birth Certificate: SCC certificate which has following 3 items is acceptable alternate and no affidavit is required (even if one is missing u need affidavit)
1. Name of person
2. DOB
3. Both or Either of the parents name

Its still there in In process.. lets see which one speeds up

Hi I read you also have SINP? Is that the provincial nominee? Coz I also have MPNP. How's your SINP? is it also in process? What would you do if suddenly you were given LOA for the SINP?
Or are you choosing FSW over SINP?

Im kinda confused but I tried my luck for both programs.tnx!
