Sorry to hear that ur application was returned.
It is very strange that CIC returned ur application for such a small thing
They could have got the details of ur education from ECA report.
Anwaz ur NOC is not very hot so fix the errors and resend it, make sure to use the new forms while sending some of them where changed in June.

Not strange at all, it is just normal procedure, if the application is incomplete it will be returned. Of course they can got the details from the ECA, they could also check our IELTS on line, so we don't have to send it, but the rules are clear, and we need to follow if we want to succeed.

sorry if i sound stupid. The order in which they are working on applications, are they also considering the TIME at which application was received along with the date. My application was received at 10.30 on May 7th.
