You have to take two actions simultaneously

1. Send your educational docs ASAP, mentioning "Addendum to Application sent Date, time, received by, NOC, passport # and UCI if u have any". But its not certain that such docs will be added.
2. Try to obtain another copy of IELTS (provide proof of your application to IDP/BC and they will process ur request) and ECA, and send new application package.

If your NOC is not in demand and u think the cap will not reach within next 2 months, you can skip step 2 and wait for your application to get returned and use that IELTS & ECA.

I have applied for 2173 Noc. I can't resend complete application as this is hot. I'm afraid if I send only missing document will be added? Does in past, let me know if sent a missing document was it added to the application package?

I did same that last year but I failed... I forgot to send the additional Family application for my spouse and hence, I sent it after that with covering letter and I mentioned that on the envelope also, They returned the additional document immediately and refused to include it to my file
Therefore, I believe the best way to resend another COMPLETE application. Good Luck

Hot or Not, only matters if u want to wait for return of ur application, which in ur case is out

If u read my post carefully, it suggests 2 prong strategy, and i repeat.

1. Send addendum, process explained in previous post (No one can say for sure if it will be accepted or not. There has been instances where addendum has been added in other they have not done so. Its on the sweet will of handling officer & work load with CIC). btw my hunch is (from analysis of previous cases) its usually added when UCI is available, which unfortunately in ur case is not applicable.
2. Prepare new app to be on safe side.

Rest is up to u!!! I understand that u r anxious but calm ur nerves before everything to help u enable better informed decision making

Hi everyone,

My girlfriend is from Brazil and she is starting this process. I had a few questions I hope someone can answer.

1) People here keep indicating their VISA office, but I'm not sure what that means. On the application forms she has it says to mail them to Sydney, NS. I can't seem to find anywhere to indicate a VISA office for her.
2) Can she apply from within Canada (as a visitor, basically mail it from within), or should she apply from without (go out of the country and mail it in), or does it matter?

Well, some of those NOCs were in FSW 2013 as well, and we haven't seen any really major spikes in applications received. Also, it took 3.5 months to fill the most popular 3xxx NOC at that time (3142, Physiotherapists) - with per-NOC caps set to 300. This year, we have a cap of 1000 applications per NOC.

I believe, the total 25k cap is not going to get filled either, with the current number of applications per day.

I understand the anxiety of not getting into the cap, it's a normal reaction which helps to get ahead, and of course it's better to send sooner to account for possible unforeseen delays. Though, analyzing the current data logically, I still stand by my previous words: I believe, at most 3 NOCs in total will reach the cap, and there's a really high chance none of them will reach the cap at all
