1: Shall i add a page that says that i shall be renewing my passport.

2: Shall i just not renew my passport till per comes and keep mum about it?

3: Shall i not add any page and simply renew in a month's time?

Dear Century,

Please help. I have sent my application last May 23 with the help of an agent. However, I have a friend doing his application on his own. He is encountering problem when printing the generic application form. The number appearing on the right lower portion of the form is cut whenever he will print it with an 8.5x11 paper size as instructed. My question is could he use the fit to page printing option so that the numbers will be printed? If he will use the fit to page option, will it affect the bar codes when scan by CIC? I do not know what to advice to him. I do not have any idea because my forms were printed by my agent. Thank you very much for your help

Do we need to print it on 8.5x11? the paper sizes in india are different, is that a problem? please advise.

name on passport is wrong. Sophia should be firstname and Florence should be lastname/surname

Leave the First name- blank
Family name/ Surname- > Sophia Florence

Certificat de Sélection du Québec (CSQ) is for those who have applied for Quebec, Canada visa
Quebec have there own process of immigration.
So if anyone have applied for Quebec immigration program he have to right his details there.

In Surname write "N/A"
OR
Not Applicable

Not necessary. What if passport has last name attached to first name OR Given name.

Dont use any paper clips or bookmarks or staple..

Simple arrange all your documents as per the documents checklist form and put it in the envelop.

No where is it mentioned that your passport needs to be valid for a long time.. Since your passport is currently valid, submit it as is and nothing additional required.

If and when the time comes they can request you for any additional stuff .. a year is a long time

Paper clip if necessary. Nothing else. Organization recommended as per order of the document checklist.
