My app reached on 7th May at 10.19 AM.... App received at 1.57 PM are charged and I see appls received before that are not charged yet. So appls before 1.57 PM are out of the race??????

Yes i am already in canada that's true.. Its application filed my brother for which i am inquiring to get suggestions.
My Bro applied last year due to quota filled up file was returned back . I have few questions if someone can help.
1. He had got a letter which has uci number but its not working out. one is 8 digit and another is starting with xc and 8 digits.
2. Does it mean they have evaluated file already last year? His file reached this year 2nd may and payment is dd but till now no update.
3. They didnt sent this time that letter or even that uci number with that file again is that fine.. Hope they would be able to find that uci number?

Kanneda diya tiyariya karo fer....
Some of the form that are not applicable to me for instance additional dependants , use of representative etc , so I am not filling them or enclosing them in my file to be sent to CIC ... Do i need to tick "Yes" on the document checklist for such forms ..

2)i have not included the police certificates in my application can I send them now as PER has been issued to me or should I wait for them to ask for it.
3) When is the medical call expected as I received the PER email on 5th june.
