Brother, You would need a more detailed one with longer sentences as in the NOC guide. Such very short sentences were the exact reason for rejection of mk's reference letter (as shared with us in the forum). Good luck!!!!

High level of my job responsibility:

• Gather requirements and document it. Get sign-off from client for same.
• Create RTM document and trace it.
• Walkthrough of requirements to development team
• Craete Test Plan and test deliverables

Ali, My 2 cents! More similarity between the two is needed (though I understand your role is somewhat different) if you don't want any hassle on reference letter from CIC!

I don't mean to say it is totally off. This is a decent first version, but needs a little more enhancement. Add certain key phrases like "Plan and manage projects / project teams" as this is a very generic point and I am guessing can be easily added. Similarly pick a few more key words / phrases and add them to the existing lines. Also think of increasing the # of bullet points to 8 to 10, if possible.

2 - I have seen a FSWP 2014 returned package from CIC for reference letter not matching (although that was for a different NOC)

I need help in filling IMM 5406 Additional Family Information

While filling information for my wife's family; shall I write her name in Applicant Column or Spouse Column as I am filling the application as applicant

Go for 2172.
Only duties and responsibilities need to match with desired NOC. The designation name being different is not much of a problem.

Can I put a self declared affidavit stating my job responsibilities? And provide some references? I have all the other employment letters(offer, promotions, hikes, experience). Would that suffice?

A new payment form should be couriered to CIO with a DD as mode of payment. ..With all personal details written including any UCI number if present to make it easier for them to match the new form with the existing application. ..as been mentioned here many times...Unfortunately it is almost impossible for CIC to match them together. ..

The bank will certainly not accept issuing the card again as that just means allowing whoever stole it to use it freely. ..I'm sure the card holder won't like that either...

Hi, you will fill one form with your self as applicant and capture your family details. Then your wife fills another form with herself as applicant to capture her own family details. Cheers

Card system itself will not allow you to generate same card number in case of stolen..

Could be done only for expired card..

So it don't really depend upon bank but credit card system ( working from last ten years ...))
