I did not mention about my file returned 2 times. one due to cap and other due to not opening of my noc. I thought you only mention it if they start processing your file and then reject it.Century said:Technically speaking, anything returned even due to cap is rejection (pg 27-28 of http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/manuals/op/op06c-eng.pdf ). At least write in Schedule A, Background Declaration in question 6, on the blank space given, write the reason of the return/refusal.
It might change very soon. Our CC was charged on 16th June, status in ECAS changed to 'In Process' just today, yesterday was nothing. Though still waiting for PER.Shiningthistime said:Hi Freinds , My CC was charged on 17th june but i haven't got any PER email yet...?
Can you please help me understand how long does it take for PER email and what is the process after that???
Also i tried checking with UCI number i got from last year application which was returned due to CAP getting filled , it does not work on CIC website..
Any information will be really helpful.
Thanks in advance :'(
you will be only charged and issued PER if you application is complete. Or else they may return your application to complete or ask to send remaining documents.alinaemigrare said:??????????????
Please give some feedback to my hypothetical question:
If my application falls under the NOC (1111 application received on 04.06) and credit card is charged, but I receive no PER due to incomplete documentation and therefore the application is rejected (no PER) - do I receive my money back or this amount will be considered as charge for analysing my file?
I am asking this because I subsequently sent copies after diploma....
What are my chances?
Thank you
