Sorry buddy ! you need atleast 1 year of experience in mentioned NOC list by CIC.. You may qualify exactly after one year if your NOC is listed by CIC...

A Honda Accord comes for 20 to 22 Lakhs in India. I expect you to at least know this. I think a little research will correct a lot of your notions, and will make you realize the difference between your notions and facts! Long way to go before you can understand Canada better sitting from here is my guess! Good luck!!! :)

I refrain from commenting any more on your post since you seem a complete novice to me (need to understand basics first), no offense intended!

I dont know about you as a person, but your last 7-8 questions are clear indication, you are less interesting in talking about the original question (forget about answering it) and more interesting in throwing random deviating topics back at me.

Even worse, you want to find typos, errors that are not at all relevent for the dicussion or question we are having.

I was being polite and gentlemen enough to answer your off track questions, only with a hope that you will eventually come to a meaninful point or takeaway.
No offense to you either, but i dont know whether you really wanted to understand the question and answer, or take the conversation to a point where you can
just drop it.
I like your style by the way to say. "Again, no offense !!" and i mean just that

You may have to wait till next year.
One main criteria is that you need to have work for atleast one year to be eligible.
Two weeks make makes all other eligibilty status you have needless.
I will advice you to evaluate your highest academic degree from www.wes.org now to beat time next year.
Also, try and write IELTS test down too....
If you are able to do this....you will only have the experience delaying and can apply as soon as you have the minimum working experience.
Also be alert to the NOC as your profession must fit in to it when you want to apply.
Wish you the best.
Cheers.

Thank you all. :-* :-* :-* :-*

Dear Seniors: Need your help and support

I just viewed my WES report and i have been awarded with 3 years bachelor equivalency for which i will get 21 points. i recalculated my points and as per my calculation i am falling short by 1 mark.

1. Age (DOB 01/09/1978) 11 points
2. Education (Chartered accountancy - 3 years bachelor as per WES) 21 points
3. IELTS (L=7, W=7, R=6.5, S=6) 19 points
4. Work experience 15 points
5. Arranged employment in canada (No) 0 points
6. Adaptability (no relatives, only friends in canada) 0 points

in adaptability, i may apply for my spouse ielts now but by the time i will get the report (will take atleast a month), the process will probablycome to an end. is there any way that i can improve on one mark and in ilets does 6.5 and 7 band only gets 4 marks, can i claim 5 points. Further is there any possiblity to get arranged employment through consultant to claim some points.

Further even if there is no way to claim this 1 precious point, still i should consider sending the package or it will be useless? further in addition to my chartered accountancy from pakistan, i also have to qualify 1 paper of ACCA - UK. can i get some sympathy if i include this fact in my application. i cant go for this (ACCA - UK) to WES as they will again take a month to process this equivalency.

Anxiously waiting for your support and reply.

I am very confused. Some members say i will get 12 points on age and some say 11 points. This one mark confusion making me crazy. Isnt there any where official written on CIC website as this i believe is more general "frequently asked question"

Seniors pls help.

Appologies for questions but one more little query relating to Generic Form " EDUCATION/OCCUPATION DETAIL " ... I have done Masters but I have submitted some other degree to WES for equivalency (due to certain reasons) which is lower than masters ... Still can I write Masters as highest education although I don't have a WES assesment / proof for it ...

Hi,

A had applied about 6 years ago to FSW programme. I had received a letter from cic that they received my application plus got a receipt for cheque sent. Other said a provisional file was created while then the immigration laws were being reviewed. I waited over a year then I got a letter to state that there were some changes effective just a few days before they had received my application so they could not process my application.

So the question is whether this situation would be considered a rejected application since they didn't even start any processing of documents sent.

Winty

Technically speaking, anything returned even due to cap is rejection (pg 27-28 of http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/manuals/op/op06c-eng.pdf ). At least write in Schedule A, Background Declaration in question 6, on the blank space given, write the reason of the return/refusal.

You're getting confused unnecessarily.. so many members have told that you will get 12 points.. if your Appln reaches CIO before 1 Sep 2014. Don't delay & send it across asap... the final decision will be CIO 's 8)

As per CIC Guidelines table.. it is quite evident ! :)

Good luck !
