I am not hearing from one of the companies I worked with between 2003-2005. May be the managerial staff has all changed and they are puzzled on how can they issue certificate. Can I just skip mentioning working for this company in the form as I still get 70 points without mentioning it ?

As per my understanding they have designated Medical Institutions or Hospitals from where you need to get your medical tests done and if you will go there and tell them that you want medical tests done for Canada immigration they will take care of it.. and they will give the report..and then its VO that needs to determine if the report is OK to give PR.. so don't bother about that thing which is not in your hand.. Start eating Apple to keep Doctors away if you use to visit them so often .. And also follow the new wordings of Helath Minister of India...

On a lighter note, an apple a day keeps the doctor away, but only if it's thrown hard at him ;-)

Many applicants in this form have received PER even their application receipt on CIO and fee encashment after ours. I dont know why our PER getting delayed.

And what happens if you don't write the date when they were taken??? I mean if you just mention the name and DOB. I am asking this as I do not remember writing the date when it was taken but I surely remember writing the name and DOB. Can it result in returning of the file??? :-[

I will share my guess on this.

If photos ever got mixed between let's say a few packages by mistake they would want to be able to identify which photo belongs to which applicant. That's why the name is needed. Now sometimes very common names exist in certain parts of the world, e.g. John Smith. Now they would want a way to identify the correct John Smith to his application, if two John Smith's photos got mixed by error while checking files with the same names on two adjacent desks for example. Date of photo is essential because they ask to take photo in last six months (don't want people to send photos from 6 years ago) and so they have enforced writing the date of photo for this very reason.

Hi all.
I think we sholud mail to cic regarding date wise applications received at cic for FSW14 irrespective of noc or category.in our mail we can excuse them that it will be helpful for prospective applicants as well as already applied applicants to guess the date for their app to be accessed. Also it will reduce inquiry mails to cic. Cic may post this data on their web as it is already available to them and there is no risk to post this data.
What are ur suggetions. I think if we all mail to cic they might think to do this and then we can estimate many things.
