Hi

I just wana ask, Do we need to send original experience letter or copy will be enough?

Regards

COPY.

You can find the information in the document checklist. It gives all the information you need on whether a document is required in original or not.

Was your CC/DD charged by CIC? Better direct your query to experts, but i think its more of a case of NON-ACCEPTABILITY/IN-COMPLETE app.

But i have mentioned my UCI on General form and Each and every detail of last year application on my cover letter.

Hi,

I am an Indian citizen who has been a resident of Kuwait for the past 4 years. I have selected the Abu Dhabi office in my FSW 2014 application. I have just been told that I should be selecting the London office. Is this a reason for rejection?

Has anyone faced a similar issue? Should I just go ahead and send them a corrected Generic Application Form via DHL?

Hi Pipis

for question 12 a in schedule 3 - I was under the impression that we need to mention the actual name of the NOC in 'Occupation' then quiet obviously the NOC Code.

for example - Occupation: Computer Network Technician Code: 2281

Am i correct in my understanding or is this an error ?
But of course you are correct, that is what I meant. You write out the NOC name in full and then the code in their respective boxes. You are doing great so far, cheers :)

Actually don't worry, I applied last 2009 as well and my app was returned because they find me "ineligible" due to my insufficient work experience... I also answered "No" in that form cause I don't think it is a refusal. And even without UCI in the form or not, if you have applied previously, they have your records on your previous applications.

According to the current data I doubt 2171 will even be filled this year. So, sit back and enjoy your life ;)

Yeah, looks like - but seems it just early butterflies ;D ;D

If I was on a Work and Holiday Visa in a country and working there, what should I fill for Status in Country under 12. Personal Details of Background Declaration Form
Hi, you may be getting your forms mixed up because question 12 on the Background/Declaration (Schedule A) requires that you list all the addresses that you have been in the last 10 years or since your 18th birthday. If that is the form you are referring to, then simply put the dates you were in the other country and the address at which you lived/stayed. Since it was a holiday, you couldn't have been working on a full time work visa :) 'Holiday maker or vacation' as status is just fine. Except you want to claim points for the work experience then you have to be sure you had a valid work visa for the period. All the best with your application ;)

@ sunnytheshine

First of all RELAX, you are not even able to concentrate on the responses, I have already asked you twice and now for the third time (accept my apology in advance if i have missed your response to the following Q)

WAS YOUR CC/DD Charged, when u applied last time???

Yep copies. See this direct quote from document checklist, Copies (originals may be requested later by an officer)

This is the link if you need it, http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5612E.pdf

Cheers, :)

I think that "Apps by NOC / Cap estimate" should be modified. It seems that 2174 applications for the forum form only 17 percent of the world wide applications. I doubt that even May applicants will be included in the CAP :(

Hi please help, i am in the last stage of sending my application.

I have 2 queries:

1) My birth certificate does not have my name and my mother name is written wrongly(her alias name is written and not her official name). Should i just send the secondary school certificate as a proof of DOB instead of the birth certificate? The SSC has my name, DOB and my parents official names as in passports. Also, should i attach an affidavit from parents confirming my DOB.

2) I am claiming employment points based on my current occupation and not my previous ones. So should i just mention the current employment in the 'economic classes' form even though i am attaching the reference letters from my previous employers as well and mentioning it in the 'background declaration form'. This information was told to me by a friend who has already received his PER and he only mentioned the employment for which he claiming points in the economic classes form.

I will be very grateful if some seniors can help me as i am on the verge of sending my application.

Friends need an advice.
As you know in india, while renewing fd's banks often write with hand details of maturity etc and stamp it.. My fd's are full like this,
So do i need to get a fresh copy of fd or that written will do
Bcz i guess getting a fresh copy will result in deleting the record of old fd's, as my 2 out of 3 fd's are matured 2 days ago only.

Kindly give your views.. !!
