I think what he means by supporting documents is the company offer letter (of course on company letter head with phone and fax details), pay slips for 3 months, 2 years tax documents issued by company etc.

But then I later sent another courier that reached Mike yesterday which had the cover letter with my UCI number explaining why I could not get reference letter of company letter head...so the justification basically! I also quoted by date of birth, passport number, NOC category and my original application received date (i.e. May 7th) in this cover letter.

I am not really sure if the cover letter sent later was the one that made the difference. Icing on the cake, may be.

Thanks for all the concern and help that has been offered by my fellow forum members in this tough time. Without wasting any time I have started preparing for sending a fresh application. Now that my previous application has come back with specific reasons for rejection, I am completely aware what i need to fix to ensure acceptance.

I was going through the document checklist and I have a query regarding "Proof of funds". In my first application I sent my bank statement from 1st Feb 2014 to 30th April 2013 (i.e. prior 3 months). Now that I will be sending a fresh application in June end, can I re-send the same Feb to Apr back statement as proof of liquid funds, or do i need a fresh copy.

Note: I am asking this because post 30th April there has been big movement of funds out of my account and if I have an option of sending the old statement I'll prefer that as in that case I'll avoid sharing the movement with CIC.

Also, If I have to share a fresh copy of last 3 months bank statement, can I share a statement of a different bank account (not the account's I shared in the 1st attempt but still on my name)

For me,it worked for me but i would not want you to take such a gamble.
You can share or include another statement of account of another account details of yours provided its in your name.
Print out the last 3 or 6 months statement of another account if yours that have your family size POF.
Also.........please include the statement if account in your returned application package........include it with your new statement of account that you are sending.

I believe he wrote it that way because I am still working in the company. The question remains though, would it be enough for both NOCS?

In that case, it should be Coordinating, Planning, etc in the present continuous. Again, my view.

Any person with relevant experience shall take this NOC specific question.

I did the complete application myself, did not hire any consultant. My current location is New Delhi, India. Application was returned today June 24th. Dear applicants, would you please help me out? This is what my employee wrote in my reference letter regarding the responsibilities within my position. I intend to apply for 2 NOCS: 0113 and 1224.

What do you guys think? Would it be enough for both?

- Evaluation of the QCD (quality, cost, delay) for the purchase of goods and when contracting services
- Prospection of new suppliers, vendors and service providers
- Coordination of the logistics, facilities, reception and handling team
- Negotiation of rental contracts on behalf of Proteste's Property owners of rooms within the building in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo
- Prospection of new buildings that might accommodate the entire association
- Contract creation and coordination for facilities services such as cleaning, security personnel, insurance, alarm, air conditioning maintenance, CCTV for the buildings, etc
- Coordination of maintenance, renovation and repairs within the building. Also responsible for the implementation of open space areas within the building
- In charge of contracting with logistics operators and maintaining the respective handling, stock and distribution contract
- Tenant service providing when any complain happens

With WES....that is why they recommended them.
CIC only need to confirm and verify their evaluation from their report which is available online for them on every candidate evaluated.

Me & my spouse both applied with our passport of before marriage.
In that case, my wife carries her name before marriage.
Now, I want to renew her passport and want to make sure that her pr card should carry my family name, i.e. her name after marriage.
What should I do? please guide.
