Next I don't think I need to spell out (I rather do, than repent) H1B is for USA, while the PR discussion that we are having is for Canada. These are two different nations that we are talking about, and again two very different kinds of visa i.e. non-immigrant visa (H1B) versus immigrant visa (PR).
