NOC 2147 and NOC 0131 are these valid unit groups to Apply ? The reason i am asking is that i see no apps under these NOCs but the are still listed on the hrsdc website

NOC 0131 - 0131 Telecommunication carriers managers

NOC 2147 - 2147 Computer engineers (except software engineers and designers)

There is differences in eligible criteria and points criteria. For eligible criteria, you must have at least one year full time experience in any of 50 eligible noc enlisted in the website.

For point criteria, your job experience must fall in the Skill level O, A, or B categories.

My package reached NS for NOC 2171 yesterday and it was signed by Doug. When I verified the proof of delivery in DHL website, I don't see any signature of received person. Is this normal?

No, it is not normal. But don't worry. DHL is trusted company and will not messed up with the delivery. Relax and don't loose your sleep on this.

NOT AN ISSUE; thats SOP for banks all over the world, the balance certificate is for available balance as of end of last working day. Therefore, a letter issued tomorrow, will state balance as of today.

The most important thing is YOU KEEP THE BALANCE AFTERWARDS, one of the applicant (who submitted balance certificate) got request from VO to submit 6 months history. It won't be an issue if VO comes to know that you just submitted the funds if you retained them afterwards as you can say that it were your funds parked somewhere else. However, if later statement shows that you took it out immediately, you may be in problem.

I am planning to dispatch my application today but my bank can't issue bank certification letter today since the required amount was deposited just now. That's why I am planning to submit application tomorrow but they mention the date of today on bank certification letter even they will issue certificate tomorrow.

Does it have any negative impact to my application because of this?

There is no calculation.. it is just first come first serve plus the backlog.. so it can be 37 or 67 days.. no one can predict...

Try to take a newer Job ref. letter with atleast 80 % matching (JD that u do on ur employment)with below link....

Take u r NOC code and check the job description mentioned in their site and include those points into the experience letter and resend again. for eg-: for s/w eng in their site they have described ,design,plan,dev,testing,implentation,etc... use the same words preferably.

Yes you can still get another letter from your organization.....Just that this time,you need to be more detailed in your Job duties.

Dear mk.2382,

Its sad to hear this but since you have a chance to reapply then make sure that you do not change the overall JD of your last submitted application. Rather rephrase it to match the HRSDC website JDs. Dont exactly copy paste the same as some of the forum members were rejected due to the exact matching (word to word) of HRSDC website.

Kindly also get it reviewed it by some senior member of the same NOC.
