The address is correct for regular mail. There is another one for Courier.
See this http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/EG7TOC.asp#eg76

Question here is whether yours is a regular or Courier. 'Express' sounds like courier to me. Why not ask the 'express' guys themselves. Or as the arrow is out of the bow, rely on CIC to adjust themselves.

Regards

Well you cant really do much now as you've already sent the application.

The only difference is you will not know who received your application at CIC. Usually couriers do not deliver the packages unless it is signed by the receiver, so thats why CIC asks to deliver at a different address if sent by courier.

Re: Credit Card details

Is your kids name mentioned in the Marriage certificate.. because it will prove that you (both) are their parent ;D
no swapping .. Lol !

Hi guys,

As long as the marriage topic is live, may I ask whether...

1. A marriage affidavit is as good as a marriage certificate (for FSW purpose), and what if
2. The affidavit is from long time back.

Regards

PS: The affidavit was good for the purpose of getting her a passport, at that time.

Trouble with certificate, make it a common law :P :P :P. (joking).

If you have time, it is better to get the marriage certificate done - I don't think so, it will take much longer.

I have been using this affidavit all along, no problems so far. Just saw you guys talking about marriages, so thought shall confirm.

But do they even issue certificates for marriages that are not registered though courts to begin with ?

And who shall be the issuing authority in that case (for India).

Regards
