Dear tknova,

Will the affidavit is considered as a valid document in the absence of actual job description letter by CIC?

What else do i need to attach in lieu of actual Job description letter to support my case?

Need to ask the other forum members, Do anyone done this before and his/her application get accepted?

Awaiting kind replies.

TIA

Look at the spreadsheet's remark for chiragpathel - row 69. "job details on plain paper with mngr sign & busns card. Apparently his mngr got call frm CPP & they hang up as he say company name."

Hi Ashif,

Someone in this forum, asked me to get in touch with you for the following issue.

I had been to Canada 3 years down the line on Study Permit.

Now my question is, my background verification would be done only for last 3 years.

Or would that be since the time I am working, coz I had provided the same documents while applying for Study Permit?
So, ideally they should have the verification data.

I am a bit confused

U will need to submit all of the required Documents indicated on the Doc checklist...

For FSW application, background verification will be done for all of the stages/years of ur career (prev Jobs )...irrespective of ur stay/study permit in Canada...That will not make any difference...Just u will be ignored for the ECA (if u have Canadian degree) thus this will ignore ur home country's educational verification....

I hope u are cleared now...:)

Just in addition with this ...

Accumulated Suggestion :

"1) Please descibe the reference letter with your NOC on a white A4 paper and get it acknowledged by your supervisor.
2) Take a copy of photo I'd (company tag photo id) of your supervisor of your company...get it signed by him on it and do attestation
3) Get a service letter from your employee stating you have worked from so and so time with your designation
4) provide an affidavit supporting why you are not able to provide the reference letter in company letter head and attach the service letter provided along with this
5) Submit appointment letter (if exists)
6) Submit Payslip (if exists)
7) Business card of applicant (if exists)"

I have seen one FSW13 successful applicant from NDVO....

Thanks ashif_eee

"1) Please descibe the reference letter with your NOC on a white A4 paper and get it acknowledged by your supervisor.
For my 1st company - i don't have any contact left, current company- My supervisor will simply refuse to do that.

2) Take a copy of photo I'd (company tag photo id) of your supervisor of your company...get it signed by him on it and do attestation
For my 1st company- I do not have as company took it back from me, current company- Can't get it.

3) Get a service letter from your employee stating you have worked from so and so time with your designation
For my 1st company - i don't have any contact left, current company- My supervisor will simply refuse to do that.

4) provide an affidavit supporting why you are not able to provide the reference letter in company letter head and attach the service letter provided along with this
5) Submit appointment letter (if exists)
Yes, i can provide for both first and current company.
6) Submit Payslip (if exists)
Yes, i can provide for both first and current company.
7) Business card of applicant (if exists)"
Yes, i can provide for both first and current company.

Please advice.

TIA

If you or your dependents did something seriously wrong, CIC will sing a bad song.

There is no time limit and if you are innocent, don't get timid. :P :P :P

Century brother, Chiragpatel has confirmed he has used "plain A4 paper with company logo on it" upon my query (on later).....He have not caught our point of indication..... :D

Ultimately he has used the Company letterhead paper....As per guideline...

Dear admin Ashif_Lee
yes "plain A4 paper with company logo on it", it includes job duties, salary, working schedule.
one more clarification the call manager got is not from CIC, (cpp means credit card processor) so no calls from CIC

Dear chiragpathel brother,

Just want to reconfirm, did u send ur Job duties only on plane A4 paper...??

No other Job duties or other employment experience was included which was on the company letter head job duties...??

If u have included then please confirm that also....

Hi Ashif,

Might I ask you about the status of your application, have you received MR ? Since yours is Singapore office, which is mine too, so I am wondering how long it will take them to process applications. Thank you sir.

I am feeling best to use Google Chrome....No hanging issues ... ;D ;D ;D ;D

So much disturbing is to use IE... a bit less disturbing is to use Mozilla... :P :P

Hi ,

Which is the perfect address to send my application package since I am applying in the capacity of registered nurse 3012 under FSW?

Dear Seniors,

Need you suggestion here.

When I have sent my file CAD to INR conversion was 1 = 54.xx.
Currently it is 1 = 56.xx.

My file reached CIC on 4th Jun.

My POF is safe till this rate reaches till 58.50.

Which exchange rate CIC will consider while checking PER for my file?
Please suggest should I send some extra proofs to be on safer side? :-[

Thanks...

Yes should be removed immediately. A page with company logo seems like letterhead to me.

Currently the average time between application received and PER is 37 days. Add the average time of your visa office with this from this link http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/perm/skilled-que.asp .

You can also track the time in the spreadsheet here at https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/11gAbKSoDoOr1s8_raB1qwz0i-ZH0NyNWhhn18O6kHwQ/edit#gid=1162268121 .
