HI FSW applicants,

I just want to ask something related to my case.
I have applied at NSNP RLMD and it reach NSIO last april 03, 2014. Until now, i have got no update. Until FSWP opened, i submitted my file by June 05.
i have actually high hopes with FSW compare to NSNP since cap for FSW is huge.And i feel my application is not strong enough to be nominated in NSNP and to be in to that 150 cap.

Would there be an issue with my 2 applications?
Pls help me..

i completed my age of 35 as at Sep 1, 2013. Now i am 35.5 years old. Will i claim 12 points for this or 11 points or rather 11.5?

The points for age are as below:
Age Points
18 to 35 years of age 12
36 years of age 11

So until you celebrate your 36th birthday, you'll get 12 points. On completing 36 years, you'll get 11 points.

I think he means he forgot to send the copies of all the degree certificates, transcripts etc, that we are supposed to send with the application.

I have already submitted the original ECA report , i am talking about the educational credential copies like (eg degree , transcript etc)which i have sent separately , i just want an idea from you all experts that will they include the copies which i have sent them ......... have i done rite ???

mistakenly i have also check YES for Canadian educational credential , also sent a clarification will they consider my clarification and ignore this mistake ??

when I check the tracking sheet, I see 156 applicants whose application reached on or before 7th May, and who haven't got their CC/DD charged yet.

and then for 8th and 9th may, there are another 125 applicants who are anxiously waiting for their turn.

With this speed, I think CIC will take another week or even more, to complete application review submitted up to 9th May (which is actually first one week of application only)

Applications Post 12th May, take a break. They should expect a response only by 2nd or 3rd week of July.

The points for age are as below:
Age Points
18 to 35 years of age 12
36 years of age 11

I am now aligning to see it this way. I agree and rescind my earlier comment on 11 points.

The points should read

<18 0
>=18 and <36 12
>=36 and <37 11
>=37 and <38 10
.
..
so on

i am New here .

I need a suggestion if i have done right , i forgot to add the copies of my educational credentials but submitted the original ECA .So ,i have sent the copies along with the covering letter to CIC , copies also reached CIC within the week , will they include the copies ???

Also, i would like to know if there are minor mistake in filling the forms ?? which can be ignorable of understandable , what normally CIC do ? return the file or ask for clarifications via email if all the mandatory requirements are fulfilled?

Sorry to say this buddy, If you fail to submit copies of degree along with your original ECA report it will be deemend incomplete and returned to you. It happened to my friend, although he sent those copies seperately later. I guess his degree copies were not attached to his package by the time of review.

As they are taking longer time to review now, hopefully your degree copy will be joined with ur package. Wait till they charge your CC.

Can any one suggest if 2171 is for which I need to apply.

I have total of 10 yrs in IT industry.Of which beginning 4 to 5 years were as Oracle ERP analyst and last 5 years in Quality assurance like conducting internal Audit.I read the Main duties of 2171 which are also my duties.But the Employment requirements says computer engineer.And I am Electronics and Telecom engineer.So I can still apply under that NOC.
SOME OF THE DUTIES OF 2171
1.Information systems business analysts and consultants confer with clients to identify and document requirements, conduct business and technical studies, design, develop, integrate and implement information systems business solutions, and provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, security and service delivery.
2.Systems security analysts confer with clients to identify and document requirements, assess physical and technical security risks to data, software and hardware, and develop policies, procedures and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches.
Information systems quality assurance analysts develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle to maximize the efficiency, effectiveness and overall quality of software products and information systems.
Is it too late to apply for that.Please advise.I will also hiring an agent so let me know if it is late or I can still apply.

Unfortunately, it clearly stats XYZ Dental Clinic .. but my job title written in the Experience Certificate is " X-ray Machine Operator " .. I know it doesn't sound good, but I don't know what else to do .. do you have any ideas ??

An X-Ray operator working in a Dental Clinic must be doing X-rays on _____. (No points for guessing)

Do they have a X-Ray lab within the clinic, under whose name this letter could be re-generated. Provided you strongly believe your duties are indeed more than that of 322X, and should be considered in 3215.

Or you can go with the affidavit route of the experience letter.

Just some ways left to get out of this situation. But you said you are a dentist as of now. Trying to get away from Dental clinic is not going to be practically possible though.

Just put your address and email in front of your entry. And write 'same as above' in the rest (if it is same of course).

Same goes for everywhere else. In any such columns, write Address and Email (if available).

Yes you can safely apply for NOC 2171... Bachelor's degree specialization doesn't matter as long as your job responsibilities match NOC 2171.
